Premium Member Frog Pads
Croakers symphony
await the rainy season
a horny toad calls

A burst of thunder
rain coming down in torrents
a mating frenzy

lily pads submerge
fertile eggs slowly sinking
 fish come for the feast

new generations
await symphonic debut
a raindrop splashes

Lily Pads
Green, are lily pads
Floating on a waterfall.
Clear of pollution?
Indeed I dare not say yes.
But soon there will come a day....

Nothing Changes
On the Lilly-Pads

From Island to Island
instinctively frogs visit...
boys chasing the girls.

The croak of the wild
the gathering of the ponds...

Frogs and Lilly-Pads
Frogs

They sprinkle and splash around

Frogs jumping up and down everywhere

It is the best season of the year

    Lilly- pads

Lilly pads are waiting for someone

To sit on them

Like a king sitting on his throne

Lily Pads and Frog
Late spring drizzle---
in my garden pond
nodding water lilies

floating lily pads
moving in gentle breeze---
nature's cradling laps

a tiny frog
jumping from pad to pad---
ripples here and there

Lily Pads and Dragonflies
(And why I don't carry a camera)

Lily pads and dragonflies
Willowed pond and dappled water
And right across a splendid bridge
With people leaning over

A dream, a joy; a perfect summer’s day!
In all the muted colours of a painter’s pallet!
One blink, and life’s timeless image carried!
But what will...

Crash Pads
Apartment dwellers often wish
They had a bit more space,
Yet there exist some studios
Few humans could embrace.

I read about these dwellings,
Some 200 feet or less;
The occupants were smiling,
Proud of their New York address.

They didn’t have much clutter;
Every object had its place.
Most used them just for sleeping...

Eye like them all

Weirdly enough they all contribute to more
Me time

Me and I
I and me

Enjoying myself greatly
Doing what I want to do
Compromising with no one

My own song list

Lusty Pads and Sweaty Paws
Monogramed towels
Satelite entwined cable
Cell phones with irky tunes
I want your bad romance too
But answer your phone instead
Perfume sweat salty limbs
Taste good etched with sin

So come over my baby
Cum play with me
Lets hang out until our neighbors
Witness our noises to distinction of place
Come over to my...

Premium Member Lily Pads Are Protected
ethereal lights shine close to the lily pads
they shrink a bit, afraid of the fey
angels smile, hoping to instill joy

it is a great day for an earth visit
they do not often transmogrify into butterflies
they are monarchs today

faeries and elves wave to them from mushroom...

What if electronics had never been invented?
Would people be as rude to each other?
What if we had no I-phones?
Would we still be talking in person?

What if the child did not have its own TV set?
Would it still talk to its parents?
What if social media had...
