Oi!

Down like rain again
come what may again
come let's play pretend m'friend
that all this mess never did begin

Down like rain
this life stain
though life is pain
i must refrain
that I never cried so loud or bled so proud
for an ideal that fell down through a cloud
but never, ever, say that i won't
no i won't
be just another face in a crowd
stand up, stand proud
and shout it out so loud
that tomorrow
won't go
unheard

Premium Member Uhm...Err...Oi Vay!!

I have to fine tune
my ears to hear
exactly what you’re saying
please tell me
it’s my imagination
oh hell why don’t you
just pinch me to convince me…

Did you just whisper the words?
“l love you”?
err, its not the first of April is it?
I guess you’re not joking
because you’re not laughing,
silly me is turning your confession
into something amusing…

Thoughts are racing
through my mind,
Do I say I love you too?
Or do I just say me too?
Err I did not get the memo
on declaring one’s love
or I was absent from class on that day…

Someone please come to my rescue
better yet, let me go call a friend,
I’m sure one of my girlfriends
will know how to handle this situation
with more finesse
than what this novice ever could….

While grabbing my phone
I head for the door,
turning around half screaming
“Hold that thought, I’ll be right back!”
Disappearing into the bathroom
and closing the door behind me…

Premium Member Oi Marmite Man

I know things have been quiet on the “ Mite-y Spread Front”
But do not be dismayed
Yeasty business brews in the Vegemite Camp
That is all I have to say….

It will take some time to come to fruition
But Marmite Man beware
“Remember sleep with both eyes open”
Always “yes” always….Be prepared!!

Just a friendly reminder Sir Tom
That we will continue this when the time is right
Our ongoing little banter feud
Of which is the superior Mite!!

So, NO resting on your laurels Marmite Man
Make sure your jar lids are tightly screwed on
As soon you will hear melodic Vegemite voices singing
The “Vegemite is pure delight, Marmite is pure sh**e” song!!

Oi Daddy Im Here

I'm only 3 and can't you see, I love you dearly, daddy
Your only 3 stop mithering me the football on the tele .
I'm only 3 and can't you see, I need a snuggle, daddy
your only 3 and can't you see daddy watching tele .

I'm your son, you said you loved me and my mum not that stupid tele
Yet all you want to do is sit and watch the footy on the tele
I'm your son and your no fun just sat there watching tele
Yet all you want is beer and fags and to watch more mindless tele

I'm your son you had your fun now love me like you ought to
I really should or I could end up, a very one lonely fella
I'm your son and me and mum Have decided your not a very nice fellow
we have packed our bags and rang granddad ,you just sit and watch your tele .

Oi

I stood back from writing...
...only to look forward to a vacant cove underneath
my creative splatter to call me into it...
.... I went to this secret place I call "Oi" and I found
inspiration once again...
....What does this space hold for me?... another creator,
destined for the greatness to live this life...
                      ...he is my friend...
...below the hews and colors, behind all things made
stands a fellowship of the spirit...sometimes
only one or two others.... that give to construct... who speak
to make move ....who unravel the energy of motivation
to others searching ends that produce no results...
...that produce no benefit.... and change it through their energy...
...A maker with plenty to make is nothing until touched
by this energy to weave into woven God's endless measure of thread
...and Oi is the place that sustains the break of
emotional blocks and leans me into who I am as writer...
It's the end of my writers block, him my loving dear friend...
...who brings me into a place called "Oi."

Brenda Chiri Oi

Last time we spoke you’d been in a car crash
And the time before that you’d been in a car crash
So it’s a fair bet the silence is from a car crash
Repetitive rhyming mate it’s like a car crash
and you should know mate being the queen of car crash

Like an alarm harassing the ear drum til you arose
come back to life showing signs you're comatose,
I’m coming over the pond to break you out of this mong,
you been gone so long like my shlong,
did you crash again moron,
stupid place to put a pylon
right in your path like that

this talk ain’t cheap it’s free
we got fibres buzzing between you and me
from text talk to poetry
is it sexting you're fearing
and that’s why you’re disappearing,
how can I dis you when I don’t hear you,
look I miss you come back I’ll cheer you
don't be a tongue tied Chiri try me on the fibre wireless 4g 5g 6g
the EE technology flying free over the sea from you to me so we see
Chiri reply to me you fake G

Eu sou cozinheira.
Eu sou uma psicóloga.
Eu sou uma consultora.
Eu sou Diretora Administrativa.
Eu sou Diretora de Vendas.
Eu apareço no palco e nas casas.
Eu sou até mágica – principalmente,
naqueles dias de fim de mês.

Oi Oi Hoi Polloi

All aboard the bizarre Farage barge..

Unless of course you are from abroad..
.
Narcissist catalyst.. old school fraud..discord twist..

Can't resist.. staging the raging red mist..

Fist of Mob rule tryst does persist..

Depraved raves..insist..craved faves..

Won't save slaves & knaves..

Hellbent they are sent..

To graves under the waves…

Foolish votes for ghoulish gloats..

Seedier media leaders lying..

Defying the dying..

Folks crying..ghastly ghostly boats..

Crude jokes delude..lewd masterstrokes denude..

Corporate rascal castle debacle floats..

On dank murky murderous moats..

Scuffles.. muffles ruffles & kerfuffles

Pokes & provokes just for bank notes..

The ubiquity of inequity

This poem or tome..

Every face…race should be.

Free to roam..

In this place..

We all call home..

18 sokatore oi kadichhe sokole

Earnest a teary congregation, heavenly father, heed us in our prayer in humbling a fearful soul
Response in supplication, soul builder say, in a pristine may ,within cosmic and mundane role
The longest miriam word is rousing astounding intimidation , often a nihilism and so, fanciful
Raised hands in supplication , in praising a bounty,a meager churn, a lost console, my sensible
For a sheer soulmate, troubadour a voyage, trip ahoy, yearns along the cosmic, a divine depart
A disillusionment enhanced the sundance headstrong, a choregatherer , along a fossil, a desert
The day is done, the painstaking unborn, the twilight hue approaching you to my arty, revered
Trickling a melt downpouring a tilt , a healing zeal in fear and in solitude, outcry,lo and behold!
All encompassing a dearborn, majestic an unseen depth of a hymn song delight , ruled recalled
A reverie down the memory lane, a croon before the mundane along, do rush more to myriad.
