Best Nonchalance Poems
Amidst life’s chaos,
align with Logos
in heart’s sacred space,
to imbibe God’s grace.
When love’s our emote,
aboard God’s bliss boat,
we amble along,
nonchalant, yet strong.
Bliss dew drops like rain,
cleanse soul’s egoic stain,
as blessings in-pour
from fontanel’s door.

nonchalance
the new order
of the day

embrace release
fear forms teasing
with ease flowing
Spiritual seekers, please do beware
Ego seeking power or attainment
Thereby self blocking becoming aware
Flow, oh hermit, in quiet contentment
Dwell in the rapture of bliss unending
Renewing within thus without abatement
The touch divine is so scintillating
That transfixed therein is our attention
Silent electric thunder resounding
Moment to moment in celebration
Flow of bliss becomes our meditation

It’s the morning waking
Rising from the nonchalance
That I miss the most
Even those that were cold
And so snowy I would get wet feet
Those that were freezing cod
With the wind what ran right through my jacket
Those ones just vomitus
Or when my body demanded it was too
Early making me go back to sleep
What I found here was another me
Who missed mornings of not here
Aim of game being soul development
All happenings here inconsequential
Let us then live this dream in merriment
Aim of game being soul development
Oh hermit, rest in quiet contentment
Knowing earth life to be ephemeral
Aim of game being soul development
All happenings here inconsequential

"At my bitter wits' end,"
was her mutter.
"Both of them?"
facetiously, I did utter.
"I'm beside myself,"
emotionally, she cried.
"A split personality,"
jokingly, I replied.
"No, I am but one,
and all tangled up I've become,"
instantly, her rebuff.
"At a loose end then?"
I questioned, off the cuff.
"Tied up in knots, more like it,"
in distress, her response.
"Prepared, like a Boy Scout, I'll be your undoing,"
I observed, feigning nonchalance,
"Give the word, and then, who knows,"
hopeful, I had half a chance,
she heard me suggestively propose.
To press a key and get no response
~ removes one's sense of nonchalance
Nonchalance poised in the vast void
We are self-existent
Vibrant presence, is by love buoyed
Melding with the current
We let Mother decide
Manner of our joy ride
As we so wingless glide
Heart’s overjoyed
Nonchalance poised

Quietus
The ballast of our Thursday afternoon
in the countryside lays distilled in your face.
Yawning like a cow in pasture eating sweet grass
your words flatten the moment.
Having no capacity of knowing
what you might see in an endless sky
you have seemingly died from boredom.
Your small dreams have squandered the butterfly’s wings
pathetically flapping ‘us’ into a Prantic trance,
We lay like sleeping rabbits under an erroneous sun
that does not rise above the numbness
of your wintering heart.
Gridlocked like a dog’s nose to the ground
on the scent of somewhere on a wall of many stains,
you hunt the missing birds sitting
on rainbows just out of reach,
then bait your hook to lure in the cold silver fish
reflected in diluted ponds of your resentment.
I wait…for a word never to be spoken while
you set your watch tightly
winding clock hands that spin in circles within your eyes
on a face of numbers that never leaves
its constant bemusement of wilted flowers.
Surrendered breaths
Laid amidst balmy droplets
Of harmony, as peace seeps
Upon the flickering, dun skin;
Body relaxed in lukewarm,
Glimmering water, as tranquility
Fills the room of warmth,
Water immersed with sensations,
As the essence of elation
Drenches the core of ardor and
Compassion;
Bathed within vibes of passion…
Slithering upon skin of gold,
Enthralled by the power of
The fantasized soul of
Nonchalance….
energised silence
releasing erst memory
the void is our friend

in the direction
where the wind
will take us

we may experience life
vibrantly, yet without reaction
if our view be void centric
encouraging love to gain traction
agitated minds surround us
we empathise but do not connect
respecting each soul journey
we but try to do as God does direct
He who sought, now is no more,
so whilst heart seeks no encore,
fortitude our attitude,
marked with gratitude.
