Best Mobile Poems
there's a little dog that's laughing
at a cow jumping the moon
and a cat playing a fiddle
on the wall of a bright room
where a mobile's hanging silent
waiting patiently to turn
like the pages on the bookshelf
that proclaim it's fun to learn
and there's a bible on a small crib
with its cross depicting love
for a child born sadly sleeping
into arms of those above.

Living in a masquerade
Hiding our truths in the shade
Veiled Behind electronic devices
The Physical world Minimises
Concealed behind a blue and white light
No melatonin released at night
Our brains don’t accept it’s time to sleep
And every day we’re on repeat
A vicious cycle ceases to stop
When hid behind our phones and lap top
Wanting to be something we’re not
Living life through a mobile robot
Pupils straining , brains rearranging
Photograph your food , words misconstrued
We used to wear watches and read paper maps
Took photos with cameras , had real contact
We spent Summer days out in the fresh air , riding our bikes with the wind in our hair
Simulation , stimulation lost inside a lie
Isolation, modification , apps that beautify
Lacking essential social skills
Online Casino gives you thrills
Book shops closing , hackers disclosing
Filters , snaps of zombies posing
Selfie sticks and brains decomposing
Judging ourselves With an air of self loathing
Expectations of Instant gratification
Vulnerable souls face Victimisation
Predators and bullies target their prey
Illicit pictures on display
Conversations overthrown
Surrounded by people
Yet still quite alone
With one selfish text lives become wrecked
Took your eyes off the road just for a sec
Sirens arriving , little chance of surviving
All because of your self-absorbed driving
We hold it dearer than humanity
Ignorant and lost at sea
We need to find our way back to land
And release these crutches from our hands

I've bought a brand new mabel fern,
expansive, I can tell you,
when I've learned just how it words
I'll have a go and bell you.
It's got five ponds of crudity
which should last me a moth
but just for now I'm sending taxis
and this is the firk one off.
I've learned to use the camilla,
and music files called empty trees
which quite impressed my goon ladle
who wished she had one of these.
The only treble that I'm having
is the massages I type out
keep changing anatomically, don't know what that's about.
I may just take it back and give the ship assassin what for,
and get my monkey refunded and find another store.
Hope you and the wolf are in good hearth.

You were standing alone with your mind on your phone
And you never saw me as I walked on by.
You were staring deep into your screen and you never saw me,
So I just kept on walking on by.
With your head in your Facebook, I never got a second look
And I guess I missed out on the first.
You are so deeply engrossed that you missed me the most;
You love having the best phone and that makes you the worst.
With your head in the cloud you are never around,
So how can I compliment you tonight?
With your eyes never here and always there,
It just seems to me that you do not care;
So I wave you goodbye and walk out of your life.
Now your battery has died and the power has been cut,
You finally notice me walking on by.
You think I really do like him, but he does not even notice me,
With that woman and a ring on his hand.
You have missed out on love
And it was all just because,
You were connected to your mobile phone, not this man.
So you never had the chance to connect to romance,
Or the love that I know you could have had.

Hey children! Listen, I miss your zeal.
The world inside your mobile is surreal.
Look up!
See, I have fixed stronger glasses on my windows,
Get hold of your cricket kit, come back on the street,
I miss watching your games.
I won’t mind, smash all my window panes.
Hackneyed messages,
Dollops of unalloyed twaddle
Tides of trifling emotions!
Baby! You are locked inside your mobile.
Look up!
See, the stadium looks so barren!
Without your mischiefs and fun,
Your irritating jibber- jabber and nonstop run.
I won’t mind, come on burst my eardrum.
Your friends, your pictures, games, tweets and stories
You live in a fantasy world, that’s absolutely unsavoury.
Step back into this beautiful life, create beautiful memories.
Look up!
Don’t waste your time and energy.
Live for a cause, get up and push back your lethargy.
Open the notebook of your life,
Fill it with love, fame and prosperity.
No matter what! You shall thrive.
Don’t be a slave to mobile,
Life isn’t a game!
Dear! You have to survive, mobiles exists just to give a little respite!

PERPETUUM MOBILE
I must go down to the pigging shops again
To Morrison, Tesco, Aldi or maybe Lidl
For I Just went there for the sodding milk in vain
How could I forget! it really is a riddle
To me, though to my wife it’s clear as day
It’s because my age is already well past middle
And the senior moments frequently make play
When I get there, wonder why, and so head back
Starting endless cycle - perpetuum mobile
Could it be I’ve found an answer to energy lack?
Send old geezers to the shops - instructions to buy
Tie to National Grid their unending there-and-back
We could call it ‘renewable’, answering Greeny cry
With old codgers in perennial supply.

In a future that did bleep and blare,
Under a sky full of darkest pollutions,
These zombies have no thoughts to spare.
Faces glued to screens without care,
Lacking energy, making no contributions,
In a future that did bleep and blare.
Minds gone and bodies barely there;
Breaking out into gross contusions,
These zombies have no thoughts to spare.
Forgetting how to farm, build or repair;
The horrid creatures ask no absolutions,
In a future that did bleep and blare.
Having destroyed their water and air,
Surrounded by unspeakable protrusions:
These zombies have no thoughts to spare.
Chemical radiation spilling everywhere,
Wheels in wheels spinning revolutions,
In a future that did bleep and blare.
These zombies have no thoughts to spare.
In a future that doth bleep and blare.

Dedicated to all the people who either gaze into the phone or it is permanantly stuck to their ear
Life is the same game, remorse, regrets and shame
Sick of the pain, the rain and the late train
Listening to the politicians with their same spiel
Turn off the TV, the radio, for a while
Listen to something new with a swing
A saturated robin in the wet garden, boy he can sing
The wind whistling through the air
Try taking a selfie of that to share
On your mobile phony
The sun breaking through warm rays
Those were the days
When people spoke face to face, oral communication
Before texting and messaging over ran the nation
So you have 8,000 facebook mates
Know them well do you, their birthdays and the dates
I can tell you one thing our kid
You don't really know Pancho Suarez from Madrid
He is a million miles and more away
Although you spoke to him today
Hell that's ok
He is only a phone call or a text message away
If you use your mobile phoney.

When we retired we were so inspired:
To live free and rest from our labors.
This mobile home park has lived up to the mark,
But oh, goodness gracious, the neighbors.
Jay the old peeper can snoop through the creeper
And tell if the ladies are bathing.
At times he's been caught and the women have taught
him new curse words in language quite scathing.
Denny got back from the hoosegow and that
is the end of his meth lab's production.
He'll have to report to the man from the court
with his pee to avoid re-induction.
Jen basks in the sun and we all see her bum
Though we tell her it's not necessary.
In England alone she's seventeen stone
And her armpits are ever so hairy.
A lady name Myrtle we call snapping turtle
(You never know when she'll attack you)
keeps her trailer quite clean but she's viciously mean
And if talked to she'll snap right back at you.
There are neighbors with tone, who have made themselves known
And we're so glad to know they reside here,
But an odd PhD and a master's degree
Can't compete with the felons that bide here.

Mobile is just liked as me
It is 'he for she' & 'she for he',
It is important as like as Gold,
Which makes me socially bold,
It can have different apps,
& we have different moods,
It can have different snaps,
& we have different goods.
Mobile is just liked as me
It is 'he for she' & 'she for he',
It is important as like as Gold,
Which makes me socially bold,
WhatsApp & Facebook gives curiosity,
& we are taking it as much necessity,
It can have likes and comments,
& we've different lovable moments.
Mobile is just liked as me
It is 'he for she' & 'she for he',
It is important as like as Gold,
Which makes me socially bold,
It can singing as per music,
& we're singing as per mood,
It can have a look unique,
& we've a look as cool dude.

Upset about a non-sense fight with Manny Pacquiao (Almost double his weight), I had been training for a while,
with my dorsal digital nerves and tendons of the flexor digitorum profundus without enough blood supply, delusional, paranoid as We all are,
I call my mobile phone company,
I can't pay my bill I'm injured and my electrolytes are not balanced I want to lower the bill because I am being robbed
-Request accepted sir
-Thank You I am going to change my company

Narrative
Life was simple and unrushed
There was a certain laze we had more time
Along came a device which took overnight
Our private time , deep into our lives
Denied the simpler pleasures of life
Make us enslaved day and night
The mobile was here, in the beginning without much scare
But then slowly with time
Internet and the apps to be online
Made us spend most of time
Staring at a screen with fingers typing blind
Business first prospered
Connecting with people became easier
Calling someone no matter what time
Cause it was a one to one direct line
Glancing your eyes to the mobile screen
Looking out for a led blinking or a ping
Curious to know what came in
Every one is to catch a glimpse
In middle of talking to someone
In middle of driving somewhere
In middle of eating sometimes
In middle of sleeping too at night
We get lured to see
Impatient has become the creed
Cringing our necks , bending it down
Fingers going mad typing all around
Eyesights getting poor reading in and out
We still indulge, ignore the signs
Its a fad to talk and walk
Crossing roads while you talk
Driving and bluetooth can’t miss any at all
Bikers risk everything to take the call
Your first love online
The romance blossoms in chatty nights
the pictures exchange all the time
argue, laugh or cry
emojis help you any time
Arguments and fights
Breakups and divorces even online
Sad songs to give you company
Facebooks likes and dislikes
Twitter away like a bird
We become slaves to the device
Feel abandoned if the network dies
Withdrawal symptoms when its taken away
Feel that you are cut away
that life is so quiet and boring
when the ring and ping of the mobile goes missing
No matter what you try
this device rules your life
learn to use it wise
children drift away too
each in their own digital space
simple pleasures of life
lost in this digital paradise.
Mobile is this a devil in disguise?

Light Verse
We run a mobile washing machine van,
To help all the people with none.
We wash really fast, have it clean, dried and ironed,
Ready to wear when we’re done.
We visit the aged, we visit the flats,
We visit the homeless and down.
We leave everyone looking beautiful again,
Beautiful all over the town.
It isn’t so hard, doesn’t cost very much,
When we park the crowds start to swell.
Giving all of their jeans, their shirts, shorts and socks,
Giving all of their foul apparel.
But what’s really interesting is the lack of forethought,
The crowds become a little bit rude.
They hand over their clothes to wash there and then,
Then they all stand around in the nude.
