Gott Mit Uns

lonely as a dried up hero
legend only to the past,
as a world moved on
from foolish children’s faith,
energy of generations
arrives at perigee,
blown out like flatulence
snuck into polite conversations,
snide groupthink on
a notion of good sport
and fair play,
while eyes and hands
itch to turn main street
into charnel houses,
the foolish ones
barking dulcet tunes
get frog marched to the wall,
can it even be,
anymore with visions dead,
above in a hawk eye
clear cold wind and azure sky,
high over every thing, everything
the squabble, the blood
the raging teeth,
godless empires and ideal,
the line of never ending human hearts
blazed away,
flaring like desert sun,
burning,
shining like moon rockets
over the sea of tears below,
the very world gives off a sickbed air,
damned
damn
damn
the creator for demanding
to know ourselves
before we know forgiveness,
of chemicals,
of realpolitik,
of biocentric theorem,
a life,
like this republic,
if we can keep it...
gott mit uns.

Mit Kirschen An Den Ohren

ich schau dich an und sehe dich
ich sehe dich kind
sieh es reiften dir
die kirschen an den Ohren
und meine hände
kneten noch dein fleisch
memorieren formen
ich sagte es dir
ich sagte es dir so oft
das ich liebe
ich liebe jede wölbung an dir
ich lernte sie auswendig
alle der reihe nach
ich kenne dich
wenn ich dich ansehe
sehe ich dich mit kirschen
an den ohren
kind…

Mit Wobet

Part three of my "Image" series....

Mit Wobet,
far from a statistic,
mystic,
a deranged changeling.
Suited to impress.
Mit Wobet,
causes much stress.

Always dressed in black,
Mit Wobet,
in casual slacks.
Silk like hair, slick,
chewing on his toothpick.
Mit Wobet,
handsome in this mask.

On track his tasks
of disrupting life with lies.
Here comes Mit Wobet,
in his blood red tie.
Feeding off your cries,
with your spirit he will rise.
you can call him Reaper,
noticed not in this disguise.

To be continued.....

Premium Member Und Wir Schlupfen Mit Nichts Davon

Wir kommen
Wir wandern
Und wir gehen
Das ist alles was wir wissen.

Wir kommen auf die Erde
Wir streifen umher, wir surfen
Und wir gehen mit nichts
Kein Geld, keine Dollars und keine Wertsachen.

Wir sagen guten Morgen
Wir plaudern, lachen und singen
Und wir schlüpfen mit nichts davon
Kein Geschwister, Grundstücke und Aktien.

P.S. Übersetzung von „And We Depart With Nothing“

Frage Mit Unerwartetem Ende

ich würde meine Worte
lebend begraben
in ein schweigsameres Schweigen
als deines
und tiefer noch als der Tod
noch undurchdrungen
in all seiner Tiefe

doch was für ein Mensch
könnte ich noch beanspruchen
zu sein
auf keinen Fall
einer

oder nicht mal jetzt weißt du
dass einen Dichter nicht die Worte töten
sondern ihr Nichtaussprechen

er weiß nicht so schön zu Schweigen
so schmerzvoll - gedrückt
so wie du über meiner Seele schweigst
Grabstein

kalte Steinplatte
was machst du dann
wenn sie dich von einem Ende
an das Andere befällt
die Sehnsucht nach dem Wort

Landing in The Dream Catchers Mit

He sends me to bases that have stunned many faces, including that of mine.I feel the dream catchers power running through my spine, incresing my faith, to run to next base without stumbling, very humbling. As I strive to reach home base, keeping my vision on the Dream Catchers Mitt.

I shaved my legs this morning. “Alexa, put dinosaur Band-Aids on my shopping list.”

Once you get in the college routine, time speeds up
One minute you’re young and carefree
the next you’re young and free-time free.

MIT guys

A group of MIT students were visiting Yale for some event. Sophie, Anna and I were in the residential dining hall. I’d finished eating and I was trying to read, when this group of MIT guys swauntered in.

My impression of MIT guys is that they’re short and they flirt a lot. They’re all over the place, like they’re manic or on holiday and they think they’re going to pick up girls.

One guy said, “I’m new to the area, could you help me with directions to your house?”

Another cane up with, “I’ve just become religious, ‘cause you’re the answer to my prayers.”

“What are you up to tonight?” This short stranger asks, leaning rudely on our table and acting like he’s lookin’ to get inside-the-ride.

“I’ve gotta read two chapters before tomorrow,” I said, somewhat annoyed with these dinkheads. They finally decided (realized) we’re boring and moved on to other female diners.

standing in line

Americans seem to love lines. I hate standing in lines.

People don’t line up for things in Paris. There aren’t “bus lines.” The person who guessed right and is closest to where the bus door stops and opens, or the quickest person or the most ruthless person will be first on the bus.

There aren’t any lines at cinemas or the boulangerie (bakery) or even at the Apple store - Apple tried to impose American style order - but #forgetaboutit.

slang..
swaunter = saunter with swagger
inside the ride = get an invitation to something.. personal.
dinkhead = immature morons
