Best Millions Poems
Jesus gives me directions
To love as He has loved
With a sincere compassion
That knows no conditions
This love of His has no limits
It goes beyond worry and strife
It fills the heart with a joy…
That can only be expressed in rebirth
This love of His has a purpose
To give generously, without constraint
With a true sensitivity to the feelings…
That someone else has felt
This love of His has been given
To bring salvation to the sinner
Reaching into a wretched heart…
And bringing about a complete surrender
This love of His holds the answers
To every question we might ask,
Creates a sense of peace on the inside
That could never compare to another serenity
This love of His sends us promises
That our greatest fears will be overcome
By the assurance that no harm can arise…
For those who trust in God’s only Son
This love of His mends what is broken
Whether it be a heart or a spiritual pain
It restores the one who feels shattered…
With a promise of true hope and faith
This love of His succeeds where nothing else can
Pleading victory from these nail scarred hands
Reaching down to the poorest, lost sinner
And giving a new life, a new way, a second chance.
This love of His is worth more than millions
No amount of money can possibly buy it
Through grace, it is eternal salvation sent to us
Who simply have the faith to accept Him

Sitting here thinking this warm night in June;
dreaming of moments spent talking with you.
Fitting my thoughts ‘round the beams of the moon,
streaming from heaven through night’s navy blue.
Knitting together the notes of a tune;
scheming forever your heart to ensue.
Billions of stars that are shining above;
millions of reasons to fall in your love.

I'm not highly qualified
I'm not earning as much as my fellow beings are earning
I'm no sports person
I'm no celebrity
Still I feel happy ,I have passion to write
I have passion to describe
I will describe
I will analyse
I will present to the world
My thoughts are unique
I'm a poet
I can't earn billions
I can write millions of words
What do I get
I get satisfaction in my heart
I'm a poet
I need pen and paper
I forget the world
I forget the competition
I write ,I explain
I'm a poet
I might be poor in terms of currency
But I'm rich in my thoughts and invent new quotes
I'm a poet
I can influence many with my writings
I'm a poet.

In millions of ways, oh life,
You have, emphatically, declared to me
That
A mortal being I was
But
I, stubbornly, defied your declaration
Thus
Many highways of hope did I build
And
Many edifices of dreams have I erected
During
My passing through your planes of existence
As if I were immortal,
Although
My heart, its mortal nature, knew very well
From the beginning!

Verse
How true it is- it's you I miss,
Deep inside my Heart's bare core
Oblige me, please, with one more kiss-
Oh, my Love- this I implore!
Of you I dream the sweetest dreams,
That in my arms you hither lie
When I awake, and seen what I've seen,
By my own guilt I wish to die!

as some African
young leaders
are standing up
with the problems
of millions of Africans.
they know well
about
the work they are doing ...
Africa's advocates
who know
the consequences
of the dangerous tasks
which they are choosing ...
Just to help their compatriots.
they can be wiping out
silently
at any moment
by the problems
makers.
Young leaders who saw
the struggles,
Struggling to convince
some folks
Who ignored
their struggles
for centuries.
But
Africa will rise
Africa will rise up
Africa will rise and
shine the whole World.

Millions of Species Going Extinct
Species loss is hundred times faster than in the past
Without good habitat half million species will not last,
27,159 species is the threaten tally
Includes half the plants and more if we dally.
680 backbones species are gone
So what did we do wrong?
Half the planet's land
Is now used in agriculture and for man.
We turned forests and grasslands into farms
Built cities that left plants and animals more harm.
Oceans are doing just as bad
A third of fish are gone and that is sad.
We dumped tons of metals, in land and sea
Polluted with solvents, sludge and debris.
Fossil fuels were too hot for some to stay alive
Changed the climate for some species to survive
Invasive species pushed out animals and plants
Economic fights reduced government grants.
Last bird specie was "dusky sparrow"
Now cousin "grasshopper sparrow" is imperiled.
But, if one bug has to go
Let it be the number one killer - the mosquito.
And remember if the honey bees disappear
They will be taking us with them it is very clear.

When you ask many rich Congolese
of the East of DRCongo about the reasons
of keeping their millions US dollars
under the grounds.
Majority of them will point the Wars
And some Rebellions
Which are pushing
And supporting
by some Westerners
And Americans of evil hearts.
Rivers and lakes in Congo have more fish
But industrial fishing is not developed
due to few modern fishing boats.
Congolese engineers are the first black
African engineers who made some marine airoplanes
And more luxuries ship of international standards
on lake Kivu and Tanganyika.
Why these Congolese riches don't expand
on industrial fishing for more fish products
And export some raw and cooked
fish worldwide?

as seeing millions
of orphans at the boundaries
of African lakes,
some foreign wars
and genocides planners
continue to plan about the mass
killings of millions of other parents.
my hands are not getting tired
to write about the killings
of innocent voiceless
African men
and women
in different parts
of African territories.
Yoh!
Where is humanity?
Why so much hypocrisy?
Killing silently
at one hand
and claiming helping openly
at other hand.
Yoh!
Sad,
Very sad to see the augmentation
of orphans daily.
Where is humanity?
Why continue killing innocent people?
What did they do to you
to deserve these harsh payments?
Yoh!
So sad
to see heartless
folks up and down the streets
singing
" love "
by their mouths
to gain what
they always want...
But their hearts
fill with all sort of Evil.

Ladies and Gentlemen, good folks gather round!
What I have here to show you is worth every pound.
It will soothe your dry bunions, seal your canoe,
Moisten your leather, and stretch your shampoo.
At my own huge expense, from India to thee,
The famous, spectacular, Big Jumbo’s Ghee!
I’ve used it as wheel lube from here to Mumbai.
It can quiet your babies at night when they cry.
It can mollify itching from poisonous plants.
It will ease the infirm of their ravings and rants.
No sir, not a swindle, this is no evil boast.
You can even put Ghee on your pancakes and toast!
Just so, Sambo travelled from hamlet to town,
Selling his Ghee; a half-cup for a pound.
Word spread like wildfire, for this was no hoax.
Just a golden-brown product that’s good for all folks.
He lived very simply, for Sambo was blessed.
And sent home his millions so Mumbo could rest!

Poem of “M”
Madmen Make Millions
Madmen make millions
Money mills manage the most
Mind a moody man on the moon
Meek morons miss many moths
Music mediates with mental myths
My mother mixes milk and melons
Maria Marcus must be Mrs Martin
Maymays may maze by a map
Mocked man must mourn more
Mute mode meant to be minimum
Minorities meet most mornings
Malls mean mega markets
Madmen make millions

[This poem took its inspiration from a sonnet by Charles Hamilton Sorley, When you See Millions… The sonnet was in a collection of writing about World War One.]
Of war I read
The poems, the pain, the countless dead
And when you see the millions…
The millions thrown together in common grave
Of what were battle lines
And now are places paved
With bones and blood and interwoven human flesh
Their lives they gave, it makes me wonder why
All men they flocked together, came to fight and die
Though I wonder even more at how we live
Our dreams, our aims, the things we choose to give
And when you see the millions…
The millions thrown together in common streets
Not soldiers now, as citizens they meet
But in each other sense the foe or spy
Protect the private castles, avert the eyes
From foreign gaze or so as not to see
The other kind of me, one old or poor or not all there
Or just a neighbour’s sad or jealous stare
Of their own accord our hearts and hands
Lay borders, demarcate the lands
And build the trenches, place the guns
The lines of city fences, few the crossing points
Fewer still the truces called, the white flag raised
For emergencies perhaps, for holidays
When we stop being islands, become the sea
Unstitch the private space and melt into the ‘we’
But otherwise, the lonely shadows flitting by
For one or two a tear we could cry
Extend an outstretched hand and warming word
Not snatched away unheard in city rush
That sometimes brings to mind the people crush
Like in the soldiers’ tales, piles of corpses in the way
Just trampled underfoot in war’s indifferent haste
That dulls the finer feelings, steals the taste
Of fellow human beings and fate we share
These streets and skies and yellowed, dirtied air
Amidst the millions lose our individual face
Become the masses, fashion our new place
As atolls, reefs, and endless rocks
No shore we leave for building docks
No room in concrete towers grown tall
The weaving all machine-done now
And we, we raise the walls.

Millions of tears when the shadows flood
Then humans were gift the light of hope
So self immersed the human became
All that was taught dispersed like smoke
Now millions of tears mix ash and blood

The sap from a pine smeared
Onto clothing made from hides of deer
Not all organisms and lifeforms cry tears
Across a dark and bright sphere
Objects quite near
Or at distances of millions of light years
My mind clear
I'm sincere
I've only got so much time here
Could sip or skip on an iced beer
Got to take it to a higher gear
And pioneer
Close and by piers
Near the lowest and highest tiers
Could be all set to go
From head to toe
You just never know, might be more or less than nine years
Among items dull or sharp like spears
Experiencing things first hand is different than hearing it with your left or right ear
Occasional events that cause mass panic as it continues to strike fear
In plain sight and places you would never think of, signs appear
In control of our own ships, so you better try to steer
Near the end of days you just may have a greyish white beard
Hearts colder than ice jeered
Often at one of the only nice seers
Due to being unable to understand what they'd find weird
Regardless of if others might sneer
In and out of different areas my eyes peer
But occasionally the line of sight blears
