Best Loosen Poems

Loosen Up

rigid
it's black and white
for you. no grey region
to stand on. think things through, or you
might crack.

Loosen the Braids

Loosen the braids
Upon the white marble of night
Let his hand wander through
Your hair's noble origin

As the emerald of his heart
That faded through
The lonely long nights
Becomes green

Loosen the braid
Upon the white marble of night
For a long time
You were decreed to love
Like a thousand poems
Written on the face of a wall

Loosen the braids
Upon the white marble of night
Then toss to him
A light thread of happiness
A vehement torrent
From the rain god

Perhaps a drop lives
Deep inside the oyster
That becomes a pearl

Loosen Up

wake.wake up daddy
glad he didnt suffer worse
could have heard him cry

Loosen Someone Close

When you loose,
Someone close to you,
It tears your world apart,
You wonder if you had said,
All the things you needed,
To say to them,
When they were still,
Around in your life,
Before you had lost them,
In whatever way they went,
The pain will still be there,
But you know that in many ways,
Their happiness is so important,
And this is what makes things,
A little easier to deal with,
As the time goes by,
Cause true happiness,
Comes from within,
And whether they are with you,
Or someone or someplace else,
We all know with time,
That those we have loved,
Will be in our lives again,
In the paradise of Heaven,
Where there is nothing more,
Than le, peace, and harmony,
And no mor suffring,
And no more pain.

Loosen the Threads

Let your eyes flood
Music bringing back the memories
Let it loosen the threads
Holding together the pieces of your heart
Allow the gates imprisoning those moments open
Fill your soul so lonely
Remember it all
Each kiss
Every touch
Even just the softest moments
Pray they never go away
And when the music fades out
Be thankful
Hope that when they hear that song
They think of you too...

Loosen My Lips

Lord loosen
my lips

loosen the earth
underneath my feet
for my soul to grow

loosen my heart
for me to know

the word of the lord
shall wash me clean

yet my heart is drowning
in a sea of fear and doubt

i shout out loud
where faith must know

but where is the light
in the eyes of the storm

thus, what he has in store for me

Loosen

My head is set in a dark tunnel,
my mind is racing with
questions. The way the feelings
are shooting through me i feel
as if im submerged with
electric. Im shaking. Eyes are a
pool of water, i cant control
myself. Emotions are
overwhelming me. I keep
telling myself everything is
going to be ok but as the day
unfolds the weaker i get. Am i
willingly feeling this again? My
heart ask why. Wishing i could
look into your soul to see if im
there. Im empty. The world has
conceived you and taken you as
there's. but you once were
mine now your anonymous.
Where is the one i once loved?
Are you him? Why so different?
The miles are between us but
my love should have kept you
home! Your not my pocket
buddy, but i miss the friend i
had in you! You use to protect
me from the hurt. You use to
shield my eyes from the bad.
You showed me a new. But why
now as the miles grow greater
do you drift from my love? I
keep you with me even when
your not, i act as if the hidden
isn't safe, but why? Why am i
not with you? Why do you keep
the unknown hidden? Why am i
not enough? Can you say you
love me and be sincere? Or is
honesty to much to ask for? I
want my best friend back!!
Deep down inside i know in my
heart i know your still mine.
Can you love me like im right
next to you? Can you talk to
me like nobody else? Can you
stay mine like im the only girl
on earth? I love you like its no
tomorrow! I yearn for you like
my body is pure. And i admire
you like your face is the only
face i see! But why is it hard to
love me? You said you were
mine! ALL MINE! Why do you
do what you do? My heart is
yours, but its broken and
worthless. Loosened and hurt i
look at you drift from me
without even hearing you cry
for help! Am i not the one who
you wants to save you? My
heart tells me to keep
swimming for you, but the
water is getting to shallow.
Help me help you. Swim back
to me! Take my hand! The
ways of the water is taking you
further...take my hand! Cry for
help! Know that im trying! Your
loosened grip slips and your
drifting. Hurry! Im here!

Premium Member Knots will not Loosen to Let Go

Old sorrows return
years of re-runs still bruise me
ghosts I cannot hush
appear and glint in the dark
insignificant yet loud

I re-track to ask—
why did it unfold that way
what should I have done-
the past provides no answer
only revives of my doubt.

closure is a myth,
no band-aid can seal the wound
karma has no plot
the past is never prompted
the present no curtain call

better to own up—
it's not solved, over, done with
embers in ashes
needs care not to kindle them
go on with and without them

yet still I linger,
hand clutching unknotted threads—
I want to let go
but echoes cling like cobwebs
and knots retie in my grip

Loosen Up

You tie yourself up in knots,
sometimes even breath you cannot.
You sigh and wonder is this your lot?
But I love it most yes
when you rise
when you shake off the gloom
pick up yourself and make room
room for joy, peace, that creative dome
When you smile and build up your strength,
when you dance and sing in the shower at length,
when you laugh and dance in the rain,
when with heart, soul and mind,
your work shines like gold.
I love it best when you take chances,
try and do not cower,
in my heart then you reign,
when you let go and loosen up.

Can'T Loosen My Grip

You're out of your mind
just as I am
You kissed her
and told lies
I took my revenge
and won the last word
So why am I the blue one?

Oh, out of the blue
Julian was right
Those tracks, that train...
Could I ever replace you?
I'll be here if you ever call me
just keep it a secret
For the sake of morality

Premium Member Loosen the Strings

Little Miss Muffet
Sat on a tuffet
Wiling her time away
She heard some shooting
Of course, it was Putin
Egging his puppets on.
She did not know them
So she did not show them
Any sign of fear,
Her innocent face
As she made them a place
Saying, puppets come over here
They loosened their strings
And started to sing
Together in harmony
Sitting together
Like birds of a feather
Peaceful, Happy and Free

Premium Member Loosen Up

Not
all leaves
kiss sunlight.
Waves of ocean,
a composite whole,
for most part in the dark;
so which part feels the caress
of flowing breeze and sandy shore?
The aspects within, which are lighter
partake of playful joy in realms subtler.

Taking a cue from the sea thus offered,
we may do well to loosen fetters
that anchor us in delusion.
Essence of life in the flow,
alive in each moment.
Thus free of desire
and attachment,
our presence
throbs with
bliss.

Premium Member Why Did I Not Loosen Those Shoes

my tennis shoes are too tight
they have put me in a bad mood all day
I did not realize it
for I was too busy to think
of myself
until I sat down on my porch at home.
I am walking funny now
bad mood overtakes my back
prickles my neck
making me hostile
husband will get the brunt of my wrath
Why did I not loosen
these horribly tight shoes?
I could have done it all day.
Why did I not even notice until now
What was causing me to be so irritated?
I go inside, to hunt my unfortunate husband.
