Loosen the Strings

Little Miss Muffet
Sat on a tuffet
Wiling her time away
She heard some shooting
Of course, it was Putin
Egging his puppets on.
She did not know them
So she did not show them
Any sign of fear,
Her innocent face
As she made them a place
Saying, puppets come over here
They loosened their strings
And started to sing
Together in harmony
Sitting together
Like birds of a feather
Peaceful, Happy and Free

"shoot'n Putin" - this made me laugh "She heard some shooting Of course, it was Putin" But if I was in the Ukraine I would not be.

As she made them a place Saying, puppets come over here They loosened their strings And started to sing Together in harmony Sitting together Like birds of a feather Peaceful, Happy and Free. It would be a blessing if peace was in the making.

Nothing wrong with a little hope, Shirley. Enjoyed the light humor, although a tragic subject. Hugs, Bill

How nice to believe strings make music rather than power arrows . . .Aloha!

Hopefully a peace deal can be struck, but where Putin is involved I wouldn't hold out much hope. Tom
