The splendor of following Jesus
Isn’t that you get everything your way
Because you don’t – somedays are sad
Not every moment is filled with joy
There are times of discouragement,
Anxiety and worry, feelings that wash
Over you with yearnings to just quit
Let go of the hope living within and
Just live in the world, live on in sin
But there are days of pure inspiration
When God reveals His perfect exaltation
And you know that you’ve come so far
You can’t go back to that past sin or sorrow
There are reasons you must reach out
And grab onto the hem of His garment
Spread your wings and fly where He tells you
Into a life without selfish greed or jealousy
A life filled with sweet feelings of fulfillment
Feelings that He brings you to with His love
A gift sent down from above to make you see
Love this real, this wise and true and accepting
Is a love that will bring you through whatever comes
Following Jesus might not bring you a perfect life
But it will bring you perfect moments when you
Will praise Him to the utmost for giving you the chance
To say “I love you” to the creator of it all, the lamb
The prince of peace and lord of lords, the master
My reason for living and giving of whatever I have
The love that flows through me from Him, Jesus
Is a love that knows no ends or grief or discouragement
It is a love that only the Christian can know and hold
Giving it out to others in hopes that they may discover
The way, the truth, the life, this Jesus who lights up my life
The Light of My Life

You came when I was in despair
Crying my heart out in the rain
Your voice eased the burden inside
My lonesome, troubled, broken heart
You came when the stars faded away
When their light ceased, darkness followed me
My fears and tears ate me up inside
With no guts, no strength, no glory to fight
All of a sudden, morning came by
With all your light, you turned darkness aside
All my fears were gone, strength was renewed
With the dawning of hope, glory was restored
My heart sings with joy and laughter
Everything is finally in great harmony
Now I sing a new song of hope and triumph
I’ll tell the world, you’re the light of my life
Like a lighthouse I stand tall.
Always here if you call.
I scan the deep, turbulent sea.
In case you ever need me.
I weather all the storms,
as in the day you were born.
I guide you safely back home,
to where it's comforting and warm.
As a lighthouse never fails,
may you always set your sails,
back to where there's solid ground,
and my open arms are to be found.
Walk into my arms my baby doll.
Allow a mother's love unfurl.

She who is the sun
She lights my days and my nights
She who is the moon
In the darkness,
I found your light.
When all was hopeless,
your beauty shown bright.
When I thought that I
could love no more.
You touched my heart,
to the very core.
You made me smile,
when I could only frown.
You picked me up
when I was down.
When all was lost
you gave me life.
You brought me joy
instead of grief.
Now I think of you
every day and night.
you came into my life
and made everything right.
i smile when we're together
and when we are apart.
the presence of your beauty
stops my very heart.
i hope as time goes on
you will see how i feel.
and i hope that you will see
that these feelings are for real.

My Teacher Is The Light Of My Life
Birds sing sweetly in the morning
The sky is clear without clouds and blue
My teacher came riding a bicycle
Bring useful knowledge
For our beloved ones
My teacher gave me a role model
Without tiredness or time
The light of your lamp will always live
Illuminates every step of the journey
Your knowledge will be useful throughout your life
My teacher told me
When you grow up you will become a useful person
To the nation
I pinned the message in my heart
All your services will never be forgotten
Memories of you overwhelm my mind,
Your serenity and nature ever so kind,
I embrace you , as if the end was near,
In that instance, i would not have succumbed to fear,
Cause my life was complete , for you are here,
The bond of our love strengthened , side by side,
Till the thought of each others absence, swept me off my feet like a strong tide.
We dance under the moonlight,
Losing ourselves in the night,
I gaze into your loving eyes,
Waiting for the eventual sunrise
Years have passed and here we are,
The gods have been kind, allowing our love to persevere so far,
As i give thanks for a bountiful life lived,
I leave behind but a single regret,
Praying that your love is something i never forget,
The thought of leaving you makes my soul restless,
But never despair my love ,
for our journey will be forever priceless..
My wife was a prostitute but I don't care what she did before.
The only thing that is important is that she's not a prostitute anymore.
I was so angry when she told me that I thought our relationship was in peril and I was about to end it.
But I love her and I changed my mind in just a matter of minutes.
She's made mistakes but I won't judge her for her past.
We adore each other and we have a love that will last.
She's my soulmate, she's the light of my life.
I love her more than life itself, she's a good wife.
I know what she did was wrong but when push comes to shove.
I don't care about her past, all that matters is that I'm in love.

You light up my life;
My sunshine and its moonlight:
All darkness dispelled:-
My darling, beauty of my eye,
when alone, it's for you I cry;
but now that I have found you,
never again will I be left blue;
with you each and every day,
in my heart is where you'll stay;
to be by my side in good or bad,
the best woman that I ever had;
to always be the light of my life,
to bring happiness and no strife;
so stay with me forever more,
because it is you I always adore.
Into my life, you brought light.
These feelings for you I can't fight.
I would say your timing was just right.
You were not a minute too soon, or too late.
Everything about you is so great.
I consider you so heavenly.
