A Time Travel Panorama

At the moment
Of my restless teenage run
Your eyes emanated lights of million stars
Many times the size of our Sun.
Frenzy feeling for clinging to you, singularity.
But I was taken aback by sudden bars,
Though I could sense the gravity.
I should keep firing my rocket
Against all odds, unhoped for
Real fact was too much ferine to the prior.
I would eventually lose my goal:
That was my closest buddies'safest bet.
They described you as a black-hole,
They said, " she is not your girl."
They said, "For you, she is evil incarnate."
But, how could I ignore you,
Embodied in such amazing curve and curl?
So, before my eyes you appeared as an Event-horizon.
Yeah, it was you
My teenage beauty-paragon.
Beyond this nothing can escape
Not even light,
I kept travelling towards you,
The universe looked somewhere dim and somewhere bright.
But my clock slowed down
Now, I've to keep my feet on the ground
I feel like, a king without a crown.
To this nostalgic journey my consciousness's been bound.
For a black-hole
There's a whole universe to devour
But I'm absorbed in my amour.
       I did
  A time travel
A story of incompleteness to tell.
  But no need
I've reached a brand-new universe!
       I could never get
My first love, remains insatiate.
I've no regret, it cann't be a curse.
       I can bend
       Yet
       The story is not end.
I'll not bore anyone with my reminiscence.
But, I've gathered a vast time travel experience.
Here I feel no delight, no pain,
I'm ready to fall in another love once again.

Entwined

his kiss haunted her, howled at her, it edged through the crowd
just to daunt at her, this was a cold she had never known, blown
winds through creaky shutters, shuttered thoughts of fireside talks
and walks, his lips able to do the impossible, possibly taking from
her the one thing she knew to be pure, her warmth;

she panicked with frenzy, her body now a clock, wound tight, full
of fright, never having felt these waves, slaves to his hands, as they
ran everywhere within her soul, paralyzed with suspense, tense, as
her insatiate desire for velvet touches grew anew, her eyes closed,
as the conquest pursued, locking in her memory, this glory, this
story, as if it were the last one she'd be allowed to have in this life;

her body trembled, desire assembled, as he admired the alluring
contour of her silhouette, sweeping across her skin so soft, with the
lightest touch of persuasion, perfection soon, a union of bodies
abound, found within this moment of two into one, she needed to
find him, a whim of mercy, free from inhibition, falling deeper and
deeper, into every heartbeat, he knew he could destroy her with his
touch, touching her with only his trust, he prepared to forgive her
sensations as they demanded more and more of him, here, with her;

then they climbed to the canopy to see the sun together, their hands
locked, the rush of rays exploded their worlds, weeping willows of
emotion covered the bridge formed between their eyes, glued to one
another, gazes gazing, lofty and full of love, an expression of silence,
forever etched, echoes in space, jumping stars, eternal and free,
dreaming;

finally, falling blindly from the deepest canyons in the winter sky,
tears of joy, jumping off the cliffs into pools of warm water, tranquil,
splashing passion onto walls, painted brushstrokes of temptation,
wondering how could they duplicate this moment again, he whispered
into her ear the sweetest words she loved to hear, then he kissed her,
again, and again it began, their worlds bound to the everlasting end;

Premium Member Tundra of the Soul

I am the tundra barren cold and numb
A frozen wasteland where no light can reach
Between these poles, my insatiate self-succumbs.

In icy silence where no whimpers humb
My thoughts like glaciers grind, erode, and breach
I am the tundra, barren, cold, and numb.

The Amazon within once vital thrumb
Of life and hope now withers out of reach
Between these poles my insatiate self-succumbs.

Anxiety a howling blizzard's sumb
Entombs me deep a creature bleached of speech.
I am the tundra, barren, cold, and numb.

Depression creeps permafrost of my slumb
While echoes of lost joy my soul beseech
Between these poles, my insatiate self-succumbs.

Yet in this waste, where all seems overcome
A seed of strength cracks ice defies the leech
I am the tundra, barren, cold, and numb.
Between these poles, my insatiate self-succumbs.

Premium Member A Humble Quill

Soft, moon light, spill forth the night.
Stream rippling veils of mystery.
Where tucked away, the insatiate act,
unrivaled in thy debauchery.

Whilst Lords and Gentry, by noble birth,
plot to cozen all gentle souls.
Their wives will scamper off to trysts,
showing morals that are beneath low.

Drunken bucks will gamble all,
bring low family coffers and names.
They will ruin many a young lass,
then run, from honor and bring shame.

And all the while, I am here.
A humble quill and my ink well.
Lying in wait to spread the ill.
For tis scandle I love to tell.

Shadow’s Passion
            by Odin Roark

A child’s imagination holds light’s oft guised presence in wonder,
As adult recklessly consume its flame of spirit and heart.
Left behind are ashes of once conscious pursuits
Now reduced to icy coals of ignorance
Once the far off enemy of reason.

However…

Our innately wired candles
Desperately protect the threatened glow,
While ravenous hunger continues insatiate,
Stretching, invading, smothering
Life’s illuminative entitlement and privilege.

As the nescient pandemic rages
Nature’s glimmer fights back,
Casting ever faithful shadows at first,
Preparing for revealment,
Inviting children with dreams to enjoin as companion and buddy
While unsullied conscience finds continuance
And its rightful chance.

Fortunately…

Enough will discover light’s natural purpose
Its perseverance in gradually presenting epiphany’s overhead moment
When the undeniable becomes a singular reality,
When shadow’s invisible passion is embraced,
Even as adulthood’s arrival often threatens imagination
Into an acquiescent and shadowless landscape.

Night Earth

A suave gaze, woolly texture, embellished the gaiety gesture -
of the charmeuse moon, perched like a napping heavenly dove,
Swarms of floating stars, clothed its beaming bride-like allure,
Its immortal repose, like a peek into celestial treasure trove,
Cashmere sparks erased, encroaching vestiges of darkness’ wilting cover,
Grotesque shades stealthily evanesced, like an absconder jilting a stray-lover.
Often, rustling forests fanned their chastity, within earth’s soothed solitude,
While courting birds, would with the soulful stillness, intermittently interlude.
Fireflies roved like blazing butterflies, mountains gleamed from sparse distance -
Skies; were like suitors charming the earth with transient romance,
Meantime, demulcent breaths of pulsating night, induced like zephyrs opiate,
As flesh-less caresses of moist-less air, evoked tranquility insatiate,
Heaven’s graphics, sculptured in mortal picturesque of majesty ephemeral -
as I watched the Night Earth, become a real-life mural.

Let's Do It

peas do it
whole forests of
deciduous trees do it
we's could do it too

let's copulate

complete phylums of
pedigrees do it
i hope you'll agrees, 'n' do it
all desires to appease, do it

let's copulate

the paupers and the potentates
everyone wants to procreate
all manner of fauna and flora
do desire and simply adora

to copulate, they think it's great
every species wants its mate

giraffes are always necking
pretty parrots prefer pecking
gouramis like their kissing
waiting ladies, other blissing

so let's copulate

orchids all colored and scenting
attracting insects by augmenting
instincts desire to copulate
life’s fascination to procreate

arthropods genetically driven
give nods to drives unforgivin'
the whole world's standard of livin'
is driven by a desire insatiate

to copulate and procreate

so i hope that you'll agrees
don't give my affections a tease
i prefer not to beg, but please
i'll get down on my knees to

assume my position
on this admonition
let's copulate

oh baby, slake my burning desire
to amorously set your pipes on fire
all i really wanna do
is water your Archimedean screw

so let's do it baby, let's copulate

to tell you now, my own discourse
it's just our mattered intercourse
a filibuster would be remiss
I vote for you and me to congress

I'm unimpeachable
if you're reachable
let's do it, let's copulate

Premium Member Fierce Driving Force

My awe and fascinated find
Lost deeply in a human mind.
Its fancy fonts, not easy read,
And yet it masterminds each deed.

Incessant innovative source,
Societies’ fierce driving force.
The scope of knowledge, wide and vast,
What minds grasp is designed to last.

Dishonoured defaults of mankind
Sit heavy on a human mind.
Gloom, ecstatic joy and sorrows
Hide in crevices and burrows.

Its stoic strength, rare and unique,
Exudes an aura of mystique.
Motion and progress in its prime,
Sparking the bright minds of all time.

And never fails to fascinate -
Mind’s lust for wit, insatiate.

The Vintner's Daughter

Pour me a drink of yourself,
So I can taste a part of your past.
Whoever heard of libations to a man?
Wine of the soul to slake my thirst.
Pour, fill to the brim,
Be full, then spill.
The insatiate need to be drowned overcomes me.

Angel ...

Tread soft near me, pray thee ...
tread light and soft ... shall I yet awaken
to the buffet of your wings?

Come, night, those diaphanous
pinions to enfold me, trembling, and bleed
     the will from my flesh.

Dare you barter the
moon to squander time with such a
     worldly creature?

Oh, what madness, this? Your heavenly
covenant in ruin, to just once drink deep the mix of this
mouth and thy starlit tresses, spilling ...

A love forbidden and
          a passion, insatiate, draws naught
     but pure poison.

Let that bane be our
undoing ... entwined, delirious, falling ...
     tumbling ...

          One.

Premium Member Other Plans

I have other plans to suit my life.

The time has come when you just have
to stop pretending that you really care.

I care not for your attitude
nor your ever-changing moods
I hate experiencing tempestuous feelings
of unsatisfied hunger:
births of lusty fires that always fizzle out
insatiate and forlorn.
I'd rather have rejection,
experience a strange mystery,
remain speechless while you're around.

Yet like a leech, a parasite of my life,
you stick around, never leaving me alone.
You’re too much part of me.
A familiar dance?
Blessed silence, broken by your silly notions
inducing pregnant pains of frivolous thoughts.

I experience mirthful reflections
of a fragile soul that needed approval of others.
I'll never accept that. Hope fades forever.
Reckless behaviour is definitely called for.
I stand steadfast like a black rock
just off the craggy shore. I'll never see you again.
Goodbye loneliness.

I have other plans to suit my life.

It blew me right up
Made me feel so electric
You taste like litchi

To feel your hot tongue
Was like a bite of litchi
So sweet and juicy

I was insatiate
Wanted more and more again
Sexy scent still lingers

My Play, Poverty's Play

And if poverty whips,
largely, torments
In her barefaced snort of
withering grievance.
I shall be the one,
mannered by Earth's dog-
wetness,
To garner my broken
possession, murk and bins,
Writhe, clamber steep nigh
moister Earth

From foot of lazy deities,
pick the sacred mound,
Muzzle it deep against my
leaking dereliction birthed
From a heightened
helplessness of obligation
And speak the words of
preserving ardour
From deities' bossom

As trambled Kola lobe and
marooned salt
Earthed for no sprouting in
rushing footfalls,
Prickled, insatiate in the
belly of oblivion
I shall be the praying yam
wholly unearthed
To the feet of a roasting
'adogan'

I shall be the racketeering
prey, jostled
Endlessly in poverty's
meaning play,
Washed- out by riches'
maze
I shall be the mocking
haunt lack tugs
In steep eaves of perceived
redemption.

    demoness ...

tread soft near me ...
pray thee, tread light and soft
shall I yet awaken to the warmth of your hellfire?
I am your infernal progeny, birthed of you and heaven
I have been torn with your ire, rent and burned ...

by the cold flames of your skin on mine
dare you mix such immaculate flesh with this gypsy, forsaken?
I am thrall, with but a timid taste of your dark nectar ...
oh, to pierce you with the keen blade of truth
to slay your hot impiety, kill you with love

and sate the horrid heart's hunger.
we swim the moonlight and each other ...
bare and bold, torn and told of sacred secrets, gained in treason.
let that lie be our salvation, for we rise in desire ...
we soar erotic, prurient, woven, interlaced ...

    ONE.

It's such a small death,
This being worn down
By inches, by cuts
Bleeding the wallet
Dry, to feed the thirst

The Legion of bills
Bring to the door,
Insatiate
Thirst for money.

The bills come
Money goes
More arrive.

Sighs, rage.
