Our Own Happy Ending

Glaring the eyes,
through a fern leaf endeavor
Of a dragon who flies
to the ends of this never

With fire for breath
and skin rough and shackled
Afloat of this death
long a path, echoes cackled

And I with my blade
wield a strength not to waver
Through sunlight and shade
for the fair maiden’s favor

This evil unreal,
chains her honor to frighten
bound in iron and steel
in a grip, endless tighten

In dungeons to dwell
past the evergreen mirror
Enchanted of spell
as the mist fades now clearer

Rusted bars honed to keep
her weeping heart sorrowed
In shame painted deep
with words stealthy borrowed

But I shall stand strong,
charging into the fire
To right every wrong
and protect my desire

Now face to face
with this monster like being
When fear it does chase
at the villagers fleeing

I stab at its heart
the blood quickly flowing
Loud screams rip apart
it’s weakness is showing

Now to slice off its head
with my sword ever flying
In moans of the dead
as this dragon is dying

My princess, my one
take my hand, we must hurry
This challenge is done
down the path we now scurry

Till far from this place
with skies ever bluer
I gaze on her face
could her eyes shine much truer

Her lips find my own
her love she is sending
We walk off alone
to our own happy ending

Remember of me,
You've been my happy ending.
I love you so much.

May Forever Be Our Happy Ending

We had something
and whatever it was
is sustaining me
through this lonely moment
of mourning.

You touched me
And you spoke
You loved me
And you wrote
You sang to me a sweet song
and that memory is helping me
keep on.

I don't want you to die
I don't want you to cry
You are my answer to that question "Why?"
What kind of romantic story
Could we to our children tell
if we wound up in paradise together
if we actually both survived this hell.

I realize I loved you tonight.
Everything that went wrong
went wrong
But today I understand
You were something I did right.

Because if we had never touched
If you had never loved me that much
I wouldn't be able to survive tonight
A night so tough.

That memory of that moment
is keeping my sheets warm.
It is keeping me from tossing and turning
I can whether this storm.

This is why Jehovah created me
I am your Eve
Please don't leave...
I need for our story to survive.
I need us to remain the once upon a time.
Please let my loving prayer
help you survive...
Please stay alive...

A Happy Ending

Remorse and regret, I mustn't forget
Remind me that Life is a process of Learning
Indeed for I sorrow'd; 'twas always upset
As the Truth was met with painful discerning

But now my eyes are open-wide,
Grew to love what I once despised
I am no longer sick inside-
I just feel happy to be alive

Happy Ending Smile

How old people take medicine over the years.
they feel different live in tension and fears.
what is good flavour to live always in tears?
they are irritated and abusive in some hears.
but still they inspire jump in the forward gears.

they worried to draw a will for their next kin.
still they scroll numbers to play lottery to win.
they occupied to grab money they think its not sin.
they love holidays and luxuries, living for fun,
they are not scrap don't throw them in a bin.

Drinking alcohol is harmful they do as fashionable style,
don't eat much red flash but they do, take advice in a file,
don't walk hard n't good for heart but they walk another mile.
they know death has dreams they love happy ending smile.

A Happy Ending

A ringing bell in the near-distance makes her delicate body tremble, as she sat on the corner of the opaquely purple stained living room sofa. Ding. Ding. Ding. Ding. She grew in despair of how that pattern of sound had aroused the tiny hairs on her crinkling hands. She exhales repulsively the last draft of the cigarette she just turned off. A glance at the silver-rimmed ashtray, which rests an arm’s reach away, powerfully depicts that it was one of those nights again.

She was content not too long ago. Pampered by his tender words. He was the father of the children they never had. She would name her first born Alexander. Defender of Man. They would live a joyful life, far away from the city’s lights. Far away from it all.

That day he did not pick up his gun and secure it in his holster from the smoothly sanded wooden table near the bed they shared as he went to work. That day he did not kiss her forehead, a gesture of safety, which she was so used to every morning. The silent kiss reassured her, everything will be okay and that he will be back sooner than later. That day he did not wake her up from her sleep. Not intentionally at least. That day she woke up to the sound of a bang in the near-distance of their home. That day she was surrounded with thick red. That day she understood how selfish human beings can be.

She began to shiver uncontrollably, tightly grabbing her left elbow with her right hand. She picks up a container of sky blue ovals which lay on the table in front of her next to her near-empty pack of cigarettes. She recalls what the doctor had said, “One every time you get an attack, ONE ONLY.” One never did the job, neither did five. That day she took ten. That day she slept well.

Happy Ending

On a quiet tree lined street
A 3 year old living in squalor.

Never outside ,no one knew he was there.
Mother left grandmother to see to his care.
One old and sick dog left outdoors , saved him
                                               because one person cared.

No one saw or heard the 19 live and dead animals
                                                 at the end ,found inside.
                                            Grandmother taken to hospital.
Child now thriving , happy in foster care.

                                                      True story

Happy Ending

A mirror shows reflection
Yet can also be distorted

The sun shines light
Yet can also cast a shadow

A river flows and air gives life
Yet can also be polluted

Love fills the heart with kindness and joy
Yet that can be diluted

I try to think of something
That will put a smile on my face
I get off to a good start
But then my smile dissipates
For some reason
All good things bring misery
All the love I've ever known
Always ends terribly
All the efforts I have shown
Prove to work ineffectively
All the years that I have grown
This happens repeatedly

Now because of this
It's hard for me to start
A new relationship
And open up my heart
Once I realize I am beautiful
on the inside and out
A grey cloud comes
And confuses me with doubt
It's not like I'm asking for a fairy tale story
I just want some glory
And to lose my despair
I am so distraught
It's like I sold my soul to the devil
But I was never told
Can I buy it back?
I just found out that it was sold.

I hold the burdon of every bodies pain
To ease their tears
Their pain is what I gain
Because of this I ask for just one thing
And that one thing could only be
Something called a happy ending

' Happy Ending Without the Master '

Enmity, war has proclaimed
Munition between coteries - organized
Victory onslaught enthusiastically aimed
Domestic cats versus gnawing rats - outrage optimized
Chief Cat hangin' in there - now terrorized.

Territory annexed by rodents
Having a grand triumph feast
Devouring every single food - sorry ... cats are prudent
Bane pricked in menus slayed those little beasts
At the end, mousers are vanquishers - strife ceased.

Happy Ending?

I know not everyone's life has a happy ending,
But I hope mine does.

If you know mine will,
What to say to me then
"I know it will"?
And take me in your arms,
And promise me that you'll never let go.
Promise that no matter what,
You will always be there for me.

No matter what you say,
I know that deep down inside you,
You feel the way I do.
If you can find it,
Let me know.

If you can't find it,
Then don't try.
It shouldnt be that hard to find.
If it's true,
It'll appear,
In plain sight.

If you find it later in life,
I won't care.
The moment would have passed,
Your chance dissolved in a world of hurt.

I love you,
And I know you do too.

Will my life have a happy ending?

Happy Ending Denied

I'd never felt happier
never felt so at ease
you were my warm winter fire
and my cold summer breeze
my light in the dark
guiding every step of the way
I can't believe you're gone
until we meet again one day.

I know I'll get over you
and carry on like before
I no longer sit feeling blue
waiting for you to walk through the door
to myself I stay true
nursing the heart that you tore
I will search for another you
although there's not one, I am sure

You told me you would wait
but again you lied
you said you'd never leave
and would always be right by my side
you promised you'd get better
well you couldn't have tried
because you left me all alone
my happy ending denied

The Mistake That Killed My Happy Ending

I wish I could say
Everything will be ok
Everyone expects me to be fine
But I know I won’t be till I know you’re mine

There’s something missing inside
There’s something I can’t hide
Trying to act like everything’s fine
But inside its killing me knowing that you’re not mine

All these feelings inside I just can’t fight
I need your love tonight
Thinking about it every day
You are perfect in every single way

I didn’t mean any of those things I said
If I had to lose you I’d rather be dead
This is one nightmare from which I can’t wake
I’m praying you will forgive me for my mistake

I let you slide through my holding grasp
Now guilt is rushing in with its hideous mask
How can I ever look you in the face again
Knowing how I destroyed you from within

I wish I could say
Everything will be ok
Everyone expects me to be fine
But I know I won’t till I know you’re mine

Save me from this pain inside
This guilt is reminding me how I lied
Forgive me for my mistake
I promise you never again will I forsake
Your love is just too great
It will forever stop this heartache

There’s something missing inside
There’s something I can’t hide
Trying to act like everything’s fine
But inside it’s killing me knowing that you’re not mine

This is one nightmare from which I can’t wake
I’m praying you will forgive me for my mistake

No Happy Ending

The gift of time passes,
With my only true love.
His heart beats with another,
Yet , gently
With no harm,
This love grows for me alone.
Still warm, trusting, healing.
A happy ending is not what I need,
Nor what I want from the call.
What I need from this truest of loves...

Is no ending at all.

The depth of his eyes in my sight,
The musical tones in his voice,
His ways of empathy
Will comfort me
For my eternity alone.

An Angels Happy Ending

I just happened to be flying by when I heard you silently cry, is that how we became you and I, In the sky, Way up high, I lost my wings when I crash landed, disorientated I made my way to yours, all manner of guests consorted that day, Possibly indulging in things you don't want to dream about, We talked and held hands, dreamily looking into each others eyes, what a surprise you and I. Still here today with the same love, My happy ending. I left my wings behind, no problem as being human is amazing darling, and being in love is just like being in heaven.

Tragic Happy Ending

I found tragedy in my happy ending.

Fairy tales failed to tell the truth about the harsh endings pending.

A beautiful pain like when the sun shines and it rains.

An ugly contradiction.

I use to believe in fiction.
And a dream is a depiction.

Now I'm praying, hoping, and wishing that my ending could be different.

But I'm a coffin in a grave and I've been let down.

Bury me in the dirt. And stain my soul. Along with all the lies I was sold. And along with the ones that I bought for truth.

Can never accept the negligence of evidence. I need proof.

Hoping to believe or believing in hope. Elements that give life to dreams.

But fully living dreams in the end is a joke.
