the soap bubbles dance

Premium Member Whiskey 'N' Grins On Cd

Yea, When it comes to bars and drinkin', and how! I've done my share,
It always has me thinkin', of past times, yea, when and where,
I've done my share of fightin' too, and no one ever wins,
The worst I got was a bitin' o-o-o-oh! from a big mouth dude named Grins,

Yea, we'd all been drinkin' whiskey, when we should have been drinkin' beer,
Grins girlfriend came and kissed me,Yea, the one he loved so dear,
Then Grins slammed me to the floor, I heard someone bet 10 dollars,
Most went runnin' for the door, through all the screams and hollers,

Then Grins got my fingers in his mouth, and I couldn't get them out,
I just figured he'd bite them off, so I choked him til' he coughed,
Yea, I've done my share of fightin' dude, Ya know, no one ever wins,
and I'd rather be struck by lightnin' too, than bit by big mouth Grins,

Now, when it comes to bars and drinkin', and wherever I go, anywhere,
It always has me thinkin', of what I'll be drinkin' there,
and when it comes to drinkin' whiskey, I'd rather just drink some beer,
and if the occasion gets too whiskey, hey! it's, I'm up out a here!

Yea, I've done my share of fighting too, and no one ever wins,
I'd rather be struck by lightning dude, than bit by big mouth Grins,
When it comes to drinkin' whiskey, I'd rather just drink some beer,
if the occasion gets too risky, Hey! it's, I'm up out a here!

Yea, when it comes to drinkin' whiskey, I'd rather drink some beer,
if the occasion gets too risky, Hey! it's, I'm up out a here!
If the occasion gets too risky, Hey!.....it's I'm up out of here,
Yea! It's I'm up out of here.

The evil of the Jack-O-Lantern’s grins
In a world of the most hideous sight
There runs a fear of the pumpkin’s sins
The evil of the Jack-O-Lantern’s grins
The light of the candle is where it begins
Deep into the depths of the darkest night
The evil of the Jack-O-Lantern’s grins
In a world of the most hideous sight

It Is a Bald Mind That Grins

THE BOTTLE FLY
HARMLESS AND CUDDLY
IN IT’S LUMBERING BEAUTY
ALL METALIC
LIKE THE COOLER PLANETS MUST BE
SHINY GREEN AND BLUE

NUZZLES ME AS I LAY ON THE FLOOR
PASSING AWAY

WATCHING MY MERCURIAL FREIND
GRACEFULLY AND WITH GREAT CARE
WALK
ON MY
STILL
BRISTLY CHIN

Misfortune Grins

Thou ask misfortune to smile at thee,
Oh why, oh why indeed.
Thou reply, "For if I know why she grins at me,
I'll want to grin back at she."

Blissful Grins--Trois Par Huit

fingers touch
paper foil, nothing much
‘til it strokes on rich, dark, silk pleasures

lovingly hugging caramel almond treasures
such a sweet antidote, such desperate measures
anything, to capture endorphins

chocolate indulgence
blissful grins

Premium Member Wanda Woman

No matter what’s in front of you
Wanda Woman is behind you
Wanda Woman!
No matter what’s behind you
Butterflies gonna pull for you!

She’s a dancer, cancer
Can’t kill her soul
She’s a winner, and in her
Is a heart of gold

She’s a mother, lover
A grand-mom too
She’s a tougher, warrior
Than the “x” you know who.

No matter what’s in front of you
Wanda Woman is behind you
Wanda Woman!
No matter what’s behind you
Butterflies gonna pull for you!

Chemo won’t flow
like her in her stride
So cold, so broke
She feels when she cries
But then, she grins
As someone walks in
You see, she’s a queen
Stronger than an elephant.

Death Grins

Death grins with Pale emotion
My now Stone corpse is floating o'er ocean
arms are stiff and the rest without color
cadaver shows no signs of a sweet rigor mortis
                                                 And overhead above the casket
                                                 The Reaper is smiling:"YOU'RE DEAD,FANTASTIC!"
It leaves a bitter after taste that will linger
Caressing the body and the unmoved finger
Why would ANY BODY or ANY THING-
cause to laugh at this poor soul
                                                who can no longer sing
                                                Fear?
                                                The audacity in pure Evil?
                                                Many try to hide
                                                The Sickness,humor,and selfish pride
                                                I must ask you,though..
DO NOT go along with Death's charade
Repent your Laughter before this existence fade
God will Forgive any provoking parade

This Atlas Grins (For Hannah & Sean)

Riding upon my shoulders,
     innocent glee,
giggling and humming nursery tunes
     blissfully;
they bounce and they dance
     with the purest of joy;
they shriek and they laugh, my toddler
     girl and boy.

And I, like Atlas of old
     mythology,
must carefully carry a fragile
     destiny;
by the world on his back
     he is burdened;
by these kids whom I carry,
     I am gladdened.

Winds and Grins

winds only make me stronger
as I go forward in life
not altered by the tempting gales
which hinders and causes strife

the thunder is an attempt to distract
my perseverance to stand aside
the quaking grounds I stand upon
do not change my stride

the rain that pours down
refreshes my will to go on
puddles that cool my feet
give freshness to a life reborn

the elements do oppose
but charges me with zest
thru gusty winds and pelting rain
I favor adversities the best

challenges and tribulations erupt
so don’t the reasons behind
to see the grounds for struggles
it can spice up one’s find

a bend in the road
or a hill to climb
can slow things down
but the winds will chime
