Love of My Life

You are the sunshine in my life
You are the one I can’t bear out of my sight
You are where I belong
You are the ache I feel in every song
You are the part of my each day
You are the word when I don’t say
You are the comfort in the night
You are the reason the day rise bright
My heart beat just for you
I can climb the endless heights just for you
You are the relief in my breath
You are who turn my living pain into death
Whenever I close my eyes
All around I see your face
Accept my love ,luv
Please don’t play the heart chase
You are the flower of light
That has lighted my dark inner side
When my lips move they say your name
Without you my days would never be the same
For thousand other reason which are hard to describe
You are the love of my life

Regret River

When I think of regret, its like a very cold river
At first I was ankle deep, now neck-in my body shiver
How fast I'm being pulled by the current adds to my torment
Pity, Revulsion, Anger came to surface after years of being dormant
In order to survive
Myself I must revive
My soul I can no longer disguise
Nor hide
The River of Regret is now in high tide
A rock of guilt just crashed into my side
It is a deadly sin to feel pride
So I counter it by feeling arrogance inside
Tired of running from pain, I slow my pace and my stride
The end of the race, I come face to face with myself
My heart will never be advertised on a shelf
But I've yet to cleanse my soul of regret
Not just one, no, more like a set
I regret ever lying
Embracing the idea of dying
To every girl I ever cheated
Ever boy I ever beated
My thievery
Being tricky
Being sneaky
Alone all weepy
Oh my God, creepy
Who ever thought being in a river carried away made me so sleepy
By stealth
The devil attempts to take my health
Bad imsomnia, with asthma, bad cardiac
Signs of a heart attack
I want my sanity back
My backbone is gone, feel like a rat
What kind of stuff is that
I also regret hating being black
I regret hating everything:my mother
My brother
All 3 of us hated each other
My father
Why bother
He did his job
So I don't regret sticking to him like corn to a cob
Like glue to paper
My poems are the best way I make good use of paper
Whether I weigh a thousand pounds or stand 10 feet tall
Regret River rushes me to a waterfall
Now I roll like a bowling ball
One thing I don't regret, however, is trying to be the best I can be
They'll never know my worth until I R.I.P.......

Faded...

She sits in the chair,

Gazing into the street,

Flashes of thoughts,

Perudes her mind,

As she regrets

The things she had done,

In her earlier years

With outbursts of emotion,

She bursts into tears....

The heart of a woman,

Once filled with lust,

With so much fervor,

Comings and goings,

She wishes now to go,

She has nothing to show,

For the life she had lived....

Her wrinkles of labour,

Tossed at the side,

The perplexity of lovers

She cannot hide,

Maybe too much to remember

She rather forget,

The route she had taken

Her employment......

"Its OK" she thought to herself

"Then again" she would say,

With trickles of laughter

She remembered the day,

Her mother placed her

Fourteen years old she was,

"This is how you make money

And do not make a fuss"....

She remembered her first night

Fifty- four He was,

"Come little one" He said,

"Come to daddy lets have some fun"

Famished with exasperation,

She returned to her present state

With clenched fists on her chair,

She recovers with hate....

Her eyes all red,

Weary with discontent,

Three babies all thrown out

In her heart she repents,

"Lord, I can never ask forgiveness

For the things I have done",

She closes her eyes

Her heart slows down

With the last breath in her lung

She whispers good bye,

Like the setting of the sun,

Her life all faded .......

Simple Apology

My mind is overflowing, and shadowed by memories of the past.
To think of you falling out of love with me, are the feelings I cannot grasp.
Hearing echo’s of your laughter, seeing our photo’s better times.
Surround my heart like a dark cloud, for those moments where I’ve been blind.
Trying to weather through this storm, knowing the mistakes in which I’ve made.
Where in times when all goes right, I lose my feet as the ground starts to crumble away.
You have to know my love for you is strong, as my heart it beats your name.
It has always been your simple touch, that’s taken away all my pain.
All I own I’d give away, to hold you in my arms once again.
It has always been you who has stood beside me, to make me who I am.
I thinking of you now as it’s raining, watching puddles form slowly on the ground.
Listening to distant thunder fade away, wanting to turn our love around.
I want our hearts to like a canvas, with a new picture we can paint.
Walking together into tomorrow, letting our love guide us all the way.
To feel your long hair across my chest, your breath hot across my neck.
Forever burned into my heart, and never could I forget.
There close together, to hold and love the night away.
Running our hands all over one another, these times we need again.
I’ll bare all open to you, and place my heart into your hands.
For all my love is what I will give you, and together is how we will stand.

Sorry!

Im so sorry my heart screams for You!!!
Im so sorry I Would do anything for the one i loved
Your so sorry you ever met me
You probably wish you never came back

But Kassie its just to hard to
Bind my hearts very will
I wouldnt blame you if u ran and ran
further away from me every day

I never tried to pressure, this is true
But at this moment my heart feels like it will spill
You probably arnt even listening to this plea
and you may never see it my way

but this is not why I loved you
again I say that im sorry that I misbehaved
now I feel as worthless as a tin can
and Kassie Just dont look back!

Im Sorry
Kassie
Im So Sorry
Should you choose to
Not be my friend
Just remember
This
Dont
Look
Back

I Hope
That it Wont
Have to come to that
Because I just want to be your friend too
Im Sorry Kassie
Im so Sorry

Tracks To My Heart

Tracks To My Heart
Your friendship
Meant the world to me,
Our life stories were so close,
As well as our carefree spirits.

We laughed, we played,
We consoled one another,
And spent hours
Chatting each night.

Our friendship was growing,
Blooming like Wild
Red Indian Paintbrush
Along a winding country road.

My hand fit into yours like a glove,
We fed each other with tender words
And a limitless joy for life.

The moment I heard your
 Deep southern drawl,
Read your wondrous words of poetry
And made a soul connection with you,
That’s when
My heart flipped for you!

At that point
I was flying on the
Magic carpet of love
In a mighty sea
Of twinkling stars,
Just knowing you
Were orbiting my Moon.

I longed to swoon in the
Strength of your long arms
And kiss you full, pouty lips.

But an older and wiser muse
Stole your heart away,
Now you are deeply
Embedded in her
Web of love.

You chose the hand of one
That lived far, far away.
Soon I heard you telling me
To crawl back to my cave
Because your heart
Was saved for
Her only.

Maybe the day will come
That you’ll once again lay
Your soft downy head
Next to mine again.

You’d share you poetry
Slams with me again and
Tales of your railroad days
And your old Alabama
Ways again with me.

If not my heart
Is still a blush,
Knowing that
Blood still rushes
Through your veins
While I’m still on
This Earth.

I’ll never be the
Same girl since
You came into
My world.

My heart still
 Beats for you,
My love.

At First Glance

AT FIRST GLANCE

At first glance
I was laughing
at the news story,
a chimp with
the name of my ex,
rips the face off of a lady
and almost a year later the
former owner of the chimp dies

But as I watched the story unfold,
I was overwhelmed by the power
of the human spirit,
what endurance and capacity for
strength it holds
that is so often
left untapped.

The injured lady did lose her face
her eyesight,
both of her hands
and she now lives
in an assisted living village.
Also sounds like she's still
on a respirator,
by her labored breathing.

Yet she still has the
room in her heart to forgive
the private owner of the chimp
and join society without a face,
to attend her daughter's graduation.

The strength of her character,
her will to move on with her life
and her bravery
is captivating to me.

My heart goes out
to this woman
and my prayers
go out to her too.

My hopes are that
society embraces
this beautiful woman
and treats her with
the compassion she
is so worthy of.

" Forgive Yourself"

Learn t o Forgive yourself
to able go on with your own life

A person whom can't make you
to forgive yourself
To order for yourself to understand
Whatever, you had done wrong, damages,
Revenges to the person, violated to yourself
or to other person

Once you do forgive yourself
It's will take you into the different
path down the roads can be splitting up
Wherever, you go to walk on the road
So, that you can reach the calmness peace
Around you and ask you "Are you willing to forgive yourself?"

If your answer is " Yes"
then, inner voice from other side would say,
" Then, you have to move on your life and your futures are waiting for you"

that how you can do it
do it now
Before, too late
Trust in your heart
Your heart really do know
That you an able to forgive yourself
Even more you can't even imagine
that your life can change completely
difference than you were before

The Sinners Trudge

Harsh tunes of blending sorrows
Bursts from my heart with delirious bellows
Oh! Pray I shan't be turned out
When to God, my heart I open in and out.
For I have seen the other coin in pain
And returned and desire with the world to be twain.

What groove I moved to be tested and proved
By those who my heart later reproved
And the heavy weight I pulled
When vigorously the lead of sin I dragged.

Oh! That thou wouldst forgive
And grant me that which I cannot achieve
Salvation, the greatest freedom from the world
Even as I heed and obey your Word.

Can You Remember

Can you remember the first kiss
That stole your heart with a twist
Can you remember our hopes and dreams
I never dreamed it would end like this

The devils heart is unspoken words
How her evil has in golfed my world
Hacking away replacing love with fear
Taking away our first kiss replaced by tears

Fiery pits, flames on high
Red as rubies, like the devils eyes
Rocks and larva ,symbols of life
Bow down never, ill not die

Crying Passion

tears of rejoice
pain of exsistence
a heart with sorrow
the angel of forgiven sins
the death of unnoticed souls tortured
passionate love
the art that paints itself
gone
in one blink of an eye
no toungue
no lyrics
just the sound of streaming tears
or
the emotional pain of fear
migrains
stress
the fact of reality
blink twice
a determined heart will not fail
blink three times
and you will notice the tears of society, have either made you weak or strong!

Unless the Heart

.

Unless
it gives away to others
a part of itself,
quite strangely,
the heart can never
hope to be whole.

Unless,
like a lake, it generously
drains itself
unto thirsty streams,
the heart will stagnate
and stink.

Unless
it bares its vilest sins
in a humble plea
for forgiveness,
the heart will be
a stranger unto itself!

.

Help Me

night that shine so bright ,days that feel so ever gray

the wind will blow so hard the trees will fall to the floor.

the building will shake to my heart of dead thoughts

so long ago you heart meant the world to me

but your pain makes me feel so guilty

her eyes so lost to the light

your body crys to me

for do i run

do i stand

do i hold you

so tight in this cold night .

          the nightwalker
