Fading sun elaborates
Tuscan yellow tinges
As vibrancy floats
Lavender on periwinkle
Embossing clouds
In shades of amethyst

Granting scenic vision
Atop the red bridge
Suspended in perpetuity
From vermilion towers
In resplendent posture

Sounding final appeal
From the complacent sea
Echoed by morbid hills
Seducing her fragility

Prompting her to leap
Gasping last breath
Fearful and perplexed
If there's solace in death

CORONA VIRUS (COV-19)

The Black Death, or bubonic plague, which happened nearly 700 years ago, (in the three year period of 1347 to 1351 in which it lasted) took the lives of an estimated 75 to 200 million people. It stayed dormant for 300 years. It then reared its ugly head in Spain and London. The plague is certainly a devastating entity to be reckoned with. The attack by terrorists on 9/11 was a dastardly deed perpetrated by cowards and the death toll was horrendous but by comparison, the Black Death is by far the worse catastrophe ever witnessed by mankind. In Biblical History, leprosy was the most dreaded disease which maimed and killed many. But rest assured there are days coming that all the combined plagues of history can compare. In the Book of Matthew 24:6-13 it reads: "And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise up against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of sorrows. Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name's sake. And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another." There is already great evidence of this taking place in government today and all around the world. You may ask the question, "What does this have to do with the Corona Virus (COV-19)? The Corona Virus can be controlled. The chaos and devastation of Armageddon cannot be stopped or brought under control. Therefore, it is an undisputed fact that the world will experience a catastrophe far greater than anything that has ever taken place. Matthew 6:33-34 reads: "Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble."

The Haunted House

An aging Victorian graphite three story house sat on a
promontory, lonely, deserted, weathered and forlorn.
Broken windows showed signs of cruel abuse from
passersby amused by throwing rocks we surmised.
This skeletal shell of a one-time elegant beauty
became a welcome refuge for my sister and I, wet
and chilled to the bone on that stormy autumn night.

Our car had broken down about two miles away.
There were no other homes or buildings nearby.
To our amazement the door was open and after
knocking loudly with no answer, we let ourselves in.
Cobwebs clung to our faces and hair as we entered
and brushed them away squeeling disdainfully.

I had a small torch on my keychain and with it we looked
around to try to find something to dry ourselves off.
We moved in unison across the creaking floor, shivering.
It was then that I felt cold fingers grasp my shoulder.
Wide eyed I slowly turned my head but no one was there.
We both heard errie laughter as chills ran down our spines.
We ran to the door but now it was locked and we were
trapped inside as panic set in with our hearts pounding.

Then all of a sudden two creatures appeared before us
standing there with matted hair and we both screamed
so loudly we scared each other, but with my little light I
could see we were looking at ourselves in a full length
dusty antique mirror. We laughed hysterically in pure relief.

I tried my cell phone again and miraculously got a signal.
I managed to contact the auto club who estimated 2 hours.
We waited impatiently until the auto club came to rescue
us and our car. The driver sat outside and honked his horn.
We screamed to him that we were trapped inside. He came
up to the front door and to our shock the door flew open.
We hurridly left that haunted house and never looked back
as the driver quickly drove away in the pouring rain.

9 11 Attacks

9/11 Attacks

The day began like any other
The sun rose, scattering to work,
Settling into their day, with a smirk.
8.46am thousands of lives, would change,
North Twin Tower was hit by a plane,
People thought, NO, that’s insane.
News came to those, yes it was true,
Some knew and others didn’t have a clue.

Terror attacks was announced
Disbelief from civilians, on the ground.
9.03am, no, not again
The South Tower was hit, oh Amen.
Survivors running for their lives,
Passing the dead, that, they did dread.
Parts of bodies everywhere,
We had no time, to stop to care.
We had to get out, as fast as we could,
Everyone knew, that was understood.

People jumping from the towers,
Things happened in minutes,
Which seem liked hours.
Flights hijacked, 93,77 and 175
All the passengers, tried their best
To stay alive.
Life that day, was out of control,
When the buildings were demolished
It left, a great big hole.

90 countries, lost loved ones,
Firefighters, military
And police, are many of the rescue Workers,
that now rest in peace.
Estimated up to 19,000
In the towers upon attack,
So hard to believe
That this maybe fact.
Years later, people still dying,
To the families, related this
Is terrifying.
Exposed toxins from ground zero,
Pregnancy losses, cancers
No one can find answers.

A memorial was made
For all to see,
A reminder of life,
No one would disagree.
Pay your respect, for those we lost,
And say a prayer,
For no extra cost.
This moment in history,
the world will remember,
Let’s come together,
United we stand,
Hand in hand,
Let’s show the world what we can withstand.

Truth

- TRUTH-

Her attraction has no equal
Our lady of the night
Her virtue is a temple
Veiled in bridal white
But as if out of fashion
She discarded all her clothes
We built her in our systems
But she died in all of those

We seek her in our pulpits
We seek her in ourselves
She repels us like a magnet
When conversely switched the pole

So we covered up her nudity
Introduced her as a friend
Who sometimes has two faces
Other times none at all
All the treasure and money on Earth
Cannot compare her estimated worth
Her answer to all our seeking and bitter woes
Her hidden secret is revealed
Her address where she resides
Is under a greedy nose.

A Rare American Coin

This coin depicting a head of man with laurel
is a rare treasure from the American History,
as an auctioneer I could sell it for a large
sum of money: its estimated price is over
two-thousand-dollars, it shows it was minted
in eighteen-ninety-four, come forward and bid!

I found it among pennies I saved for rainy days,
there must be at least four thousand of them;
my collection includes contemporary silver dollars,
many generations must pass to accumulate value...
any other collector would action them any day!

I jealously hold onto them to own a piece of History:
how they glitter in glass cases on my walls!
I may donate them to the American History
Museum in Manhattan and see them on display!

Many auctioneers would love to get hold of my silver coin,
their mind is set solely on greed, not thinking of its history
which can unravel fascinating details about of its minting process;
the unknown artisan was very skilled in itching date and image
on both sides to testify the greatness and wealth of this nation,
but Americans don't realize that they are very wealthy indeed!

Premium Member The Cradle of Mankind

THE CRADLE OF MANKIND.

The archaeologists of this era
Were about to excitedly find
The Cradle of Mankind
Where the origins of humankind
Had been found, the news was about
To be revealed to the whole world
And so the ears of our globe were glued
To their radios in 1947, they heard,
About this mammoth remarkable finding
Painstakingly excavated , it’s evidence binding.
Mrs Ples’s skull was found,
And with carbon dating,
Archaeologists were rewarded
Most certainly worth waiting!
Estimated to be 2.3 million years’ old.
Mrs Ples (as the archaeologists named her)
All this time had been hidden
For many a year
But there is still more to hear!
It is said that she is the missing link,
We may each think what we want to think!
Archaeologists were about to discover
Other unbelievable phenomena,
Which supported the belief of evolution,
And steered many into total confusion!
God is omnipresent, and
The Alpha and Omega, He has been
Looking down on earth for millenniums
From the beginning of time,
He is omniscient, He believes in me,
And I in Him, He is the Divine!
The Sterkfontein caves are now famous,
Planet Earth was listening, this story was big!
In 1998 archaeologists discover
Yet another important find,
This boggled the mind!
They laboriously dug in this one excavation
Over twenty years, Layer upon layer of ground
And thus Little Foot was found!
He, some say it’s a she, was gently assembled,
And lies in a Pretoria museum,
Together with Mrs Ples,
Archaeologists still dig,
They insist, that there are still hidden treasures
And take great measures,
To work carefully and diligently
Excitedly say there is much more to find
Underneath and beyond the Sterkfontein caves,
Patiently, waiting to uncover
Yet another, one of a kind!
I believe with soul, heart and being
In The Almighty, maybe He even lent the
Archaeologists a helping hand, we cannot
Ignore these finds, they are not fantasy but real
Furthermore we were given the gift of logic,
And ultimately the archaeologists will kneel,
And praise and thank God Almighty!

Today I enjoyed watching a video about the biggest and oldest olive tree in the world. Her age estimated 5500 years old. Her shade area about 250 meter sq. It produces about 1100 bounds of olive a year.

Premium Member Poverty and Depravity

A simple plank of wood
Spanning a stagnant putrid sewer
Deep under ground and out of sight
But the plank provides a bed
For a desperate poor soul
To hide in fear for the night.

And they claim the western world is civilized
But have they seen the fear and sadness in their eyes.

A man in an aeroplane drops bombs
Upon innocent children in school
If only the pilot could see their tiny faces
And the horror tears and primal screams
Of a berived grieving mums.

And they claim the western world is civilized
But have they seen the fear and sadness in their eyes.

Food production in the USA has risen by twenty four percent
They have more than they need
But still 750 million children worldwide go to bed hungry every night
And so many die before the morning light
We have food mountains stored in Europe
That are left to rot away
And decay.

And they claim the western world is civilized
But have they seen the fear and sadness in their eyes.

Here in the UK
An estimated two hundred old people freeze to death
Fearful of turning the heating on
It's a case of eat or heat for many
Families today
But the government don't care
And sadly turn away.

And they claim the western world is civilized
But have they seen the fear and sadness in their eyes.?

As I sit here writing it's so peaceful a nightingale is singing in a tree
You'd think such things can't be happening
They seem a million miles away from me
But it's sad to say
These things are happening somewhere
Everyday.

Gods of Winds

Not a god, rather a goddess
brooding in the dark, 30 miles out
a lethal, murderous monster
deciding where to attack
and oh yes, did she attack
howling in fury, venting her rage
she attacked...
Wind gauges futile and flattened
She came to cleanse, to purge
cleanse our filth and purge our sins
Whipped up by God and Mother Nature
Sent to humble us, sent to teach us
to destroy our false Towers of Babel
our self-righteous, sacrilegious temples
She was horrible. She was beautiful.
We never learn...

Note: The International Holocaust Memorial Day on January 27 marks the anniversary of the
liberation of the concentration camp of Auschwitz-Birkenau, the largest Nazi death camp on
January 27, 1945. The camp was liberated by Soviet troops and over 7,000 remaining
prisoners, mainly ill or near to death, were freed. It is estimated that at least 1.3
million people were deported to Auschwitz between 1940 and 1945. About 1.1 million were
murdered. Auschwitz-Birkenau is situated in Poland and was inscribed on the World Heritage
List in 1979.

Untitled #351 / Sagittarius A

In the center of our galaxy
from 1992 through 2003
astronomers were able to observe
a star, orbiting compact radio source
Sagittarius A.
The star had an orbit with average radius
1.4x1014 m
and period 15 years.
From this information astronomers estimated
the mass of Sagittarius A.
v = 2π(1.4x1014)/(15x365x24x60x60) = 1.86x106 m/s
a = (1.86x106)2/(1.4x1014) = 0.0247 m/s2
0.0247 = (6.673x10-11)M/(1.4x1014)2
M = 7.24x1036 kg
7.24x1036/(1.989x1030) = 3.6 million suns!
Astronomers infer that Sag. A is a
supermassive black hole
(it cannot be seen)!

Premium Member Time of Departure

It’s a masquerade
A chaotic, hopeless mass
Imprisoned by choice
Waiting on a plane
Some are there on business
Others vacations
Some to bury the dead
But everyone is important
And everyone is someone
First class, business class, no class
We are all self-important
And thus meaningful
We need this validation
Otherwise we are just people
Like everyone else
But all of us have the same destination
We are just taking different flights
In the end we all end up with nothing
But an estimated time of departure.

Premium Member Losing My Mind

Do you ever feel like you are losing your mind,
Stand up and speak ~ would you feel so inclined.
Enter a room and ask yourself why you are there,
Re-tracing every step, trying to become aware.
Or telling a great story then you get halfway,
You think, now what exactly was I going to say.
Drive to the grocery store to buy a thing or two,
Once home you find you forgot the main item, stew.
You meet a friend in the store, you know her face,
What’s her name ~ you feel like such a disgrace.
You plan a dinner for friends that cannot be missed,
But you have to write all the menu details on a list.
Ask your husband a question and he answers no,
Now did he say yes or no, I forget, ~ oh say it isn’t so.
Friends reassuringly say its your age, it’s just stress,
I worry for my family, terrified for myself, I must confess.
My Mom died of Alzheimer's, a disease of the mind
The loss of mental function and quality of life is unkind
There’s nothing that can be done, so I sit and wait
To see if I will end up like my mother, a terrible fate.

*The most common cause of dementia is Alzheimer Disease. It estimated there are 35.6 million people with dementia worldwide. The economic cost is $604 billion (US dollars) in 2010. * Reference: World Alzheimer Report 2010. Alzheimer Disease International.

Equality Revolution

Equality revolution

Oh he raised 5 thousand million,
The anquidated poor,
The estimated 5 billion,
The persecuted sure,

In passive revolution,
Equality of state,
All equal under the sod,
The equalizer fate,
(Death)
Superich reduced to naught,
The wealth regenerates,
The robber barons'greed, owed ought,
No pennies on their plate,

South island of New Zealand,
A penal place 2 hold ,
The greedy rich of criminals and,
Igloos for the cold.

Drop from 2o thousand feet,
Cold blooded murderers, without soul,
To shatter on their impact, sweet,
Aim 4 the old south pole?
