Best Call Back Poems

Premium Member Call Back the Curtain

Call back the curtain, containing our kiss,
capturing young heartbeats with all their might.
Crease open the page; no line can I miss.

Within eternity, I reminisce
of the mystery of scenes I recite.
Call back the curtain, containing our kiss,

scarlet like lips lit with starlight's fierce gliss.
Capture twinkling eyes in wooing moonlight.
Crease open the page; no line can I miss.

Balsam cedarwood musk I can't dismiss,
pressed against my breast with, "Farewell, good night."
Call back the curtain, containing our kiss.

Without request of others' stark permiss,
retain vibrant props of charming delight.
Crease open the page; no line can I miss.

As ivy climbs pillars, I hold you tight,
oblivious to forthcoming abyss.
Call back the curtain, containing our kiss.
Crease open the page; no line can I miss.

Now let us stand united; and bury them deep.'

Call Back

What if a forward conversation was more then work,
Would you call back,

Should honest and word play take more then seconds,
If lies and truth held more the barrel of juice would be my made squeeze,

If the sea and twelve ports,
Would know how to connection me to main line,

If ideas was passion would take a moment out the day to recognize,
Truth passion,

At the end of the day would play game or is love treasure,
Would am i tell the truth to?

A Call Back

No flowers or balloons.
I went away.
I got some texts, while I was gone.
People hate when I don’t respond.
I went away.
That day.
And the next day, still.
I ignored them.
I didn’t have my phone…
I want to tell them…
I have memories from the hospital.
I was in the hospital.
My mom picked me up after a week.
She gave me my phone back.
I’ve always hated getting calls.
They tried.
To call.
I couldn’t answer.

Driving but you still pick up.
To be honest you look like a chump;
You chose to answer the phone
said 'Call back.' then a dial tone;
I hope you drop a hot coffee cup.

Direct and sincere
I'll say what you
wanna hear
just know I aint Playing

Specific compliments
I'm a courteous gent
who wishes to engage
in open communicating

My rendition of please
keeps me on my knees
I'll convey so you'll
know what I'm saying

By now you know it's true
I'm in love with you
and there's nothing I won't do
to keep of love like new

Understand how you feel
just to keep it real
you inspire me
into romance

It's a lovers conversation
there aint no debating
just some kissing
and hand holding

let's just keep it clear
while we're being sincere
I like the way our love
is going

can I have minute please
while I'm on my knee's
will you marry me
