Butterfly Effect

Butterfly effect;
			Your wings create thunderstorms,
			Transformation rains
			Onto my Lazarus heart
			To be reborn once again.

5475, the Butterfly Effect

5475 (The Butterfly Effect)

Took away my sanity,
amongst all your depravity-
Everyone told me she’s a new leaf on the tree now
do everything you can do to protect her, no matter how
They get it, they fed it
Only telling me they’re listening
and I just need a christening
The devil is too far in, sinking into my skin
How the f*** do I cleanse because I’m not making amends
She made sinning a trend give a f*** who she offends
From one end to the other
Is this what happens when a girl has no father?
Born into the system, maybe also a victim.

                                      Silence
Stay quiet, but don’t hide
At least then you could save your pride
Depression, or confession?
Lying in the dirt with the important half of your clothes off
“you like this, it’s ok”
5475
was the day I was told I was dirty

                                      No
Now this is what you call a round two
Except this was different, it involved you
a stranger can take away your precious soul and use for his own pleasure
To use beyond all measure
But the devil can take him for herself
and the soul, the man here stole
“be quiet”
6205
What a time to be alive

Took away my sanity
Amongst all your depravity
I’m the one in the wrong
How dare it take so long
I look at you and I know the truth
Behind those bright blue eyes, I known
What lies there lie
Demons are fine
I see them all the time
Then there’s you, deceitful
You guessed it, my evil
The devil is in.
Sunk in my skin.
And you let her in.

The Butterfly Effect

Our eyes meet and then shy
His breath draws closer to mine
Tingling currents
Down my spine

Lips caress and glide
Soft pecks move on to slide
Hands lock into mine
Warm rays of sunshine

May I?
A virgin canvas am I
Slow brush
A stroking touch
Short peck
Colour my neck

Oscillating heart beat
No feeling below my feet
Whispers of heat
Crawling goose bumps
Peppermint sweet

The clocks have stopped
The world is still
Tongues intertwine
Slow sips of wine
I cling onto my lifeline

It’s pure
It’s perfect
This
The butterfly effect

The Butterfly Effect

Once a lost and lonely soul
Too torchered to ever see
That a man could come in my life and know
All the beauty that hid in me
You showed me ways to live and love
A life I never thought could be
You taught me things that no one could
You set my fragile soul forever free
Before you I did suffer long
Experiencing life truly masochistically
For I cannot blame my troubled soul
On anyone else but me
I praise the day that God brought you
I was out walking randomly
And on your Harley you flew by
Yet still you noticed me
Since that day our life began
It was an act of serendipity
On that day I was gifted love
And thank God eternally
For a love that grows hard and strong
As Strong as an ironwood tree
And this is also why I thank God
for turning you to me
I know within my heart of hearts
That you are my destiny
Because all it took was just one man
Who's belief changed all of me
And again, this is why I thank God

For turning I to we.

The Butterfly Effect

I wager a million on these cocoons in its pupa stage.
That this butterfly flutters by rapidly.
The wings will fluster in a pause as beauty is seen.
The psychedelic colors will be astounding.
She will sat on my shoulder as an eagle does
bringing all her brothers and sisters filled with love.
I will embraced this for four days and then, I will provide them an escape.
        Sweet release!

I wager a million on this cocoon in its pupa stage.
I will enjoy this recreation once again until it phases.

Dream Liberty -- Butterfly Effect

Butterflies quietly fluttering In my soul
Transforming my life
Morphing into something so unreal
So Different, silently beautiful
So hidden and lost

A fire dances on my pale iced face
Lively prancing as each sheds more light
The embers glow in your singed shadow
Was this eternity meant to last forever?

I couldn't believe that a simple flap of butterfly wings could cause such a storm,
a storm in my mind
The simplest things causing the greatest of pains
Why cant I be one of them
Forever and free
I'll be with my dream of liberty

Punishing the dead
Can you never let anything go
Is it all to hard to see
That your bias takes you on a blinded delusion
Where all they plunder is hate

Terror is a virtue
When becoming a king
So cut off the strings of my life
With your power
And you will see the strength of the dream of Liberty

I couldn't believe that a simple flap of butterfly wings could cause such a storm,
a storm in my mind
The simplest things causing the greatest of pains
Why cant I be one of them
Forever and free
I'll be with my dream of liberty

I couldn't believe that a simple flap of butterfly wings could cause such a storm,
a storm in my mind
The simplest things causing the greatest of pains
Why cant I be one of them
Forever and free
I'll be with my dream of liberty

Butterfly Effect

I come to bury Gandhi,
Bury him deep,
Not to praise him.
It is fashionable nowadays—to decry him
As a racist, as a casteist.
Accuse him of discriminatory practices.
No one will challenge me.

Perhaps I may add that
He often fasted
Because he had constipation!
All that he did was to lie,
(Though he claimed to speak the truth)
Across the road,
Across the railway track,
Across any British move.

Attlee, unlike Churchill,
Was a liberal-minded man,
Eager to free India.
British economy was in shambles
In the wake of World War II.
Trade Unions were launching strikes
Across the subcontinent.
Jinnah demanded a separate state.
Indian Navy revolted.

All this is true.
But if the butterfly of a Gandhi
Had not fluttered his wings,
India would not have got her freedom
Without an armed struggle,
Which is also true—
More or less.

The Butterfly Effect

The Butterfly Effect
By MEH3

I want to fly around
like a butterfly
Enjoying the breeze on
a pleasant summer day

To spread my wings I must grow
from this little seed
That was left on a leaf
to find its own way

But some day
you will say
look at him fly
While I am soaring in the sky

Not understanding my molting stages
Only to go hide
inside this cocoon of mine
In order to fly

I am so excited
to start this new life
A new beginning
What a sight

I realized that
my caterpillar days
was the only way
for Him to transform me into what I am today

So, as I enjoy this splendid summer day
I must say that today
looks a lot better
than my yesterday

Realizing that a small change
can turn into
an amazing day
As I experience this butterfly effect!

The Butterfly Effect

I'm sitting here staring at a white wall, i can still see my baby's face,
kissing me and saying i love you mom, and out of his mouth comes........

a swarm of butterflies and he fades away, they are black and orange with huge eyes on the wings, in these eyes i see a sillohette of a little girl , sitting on the steps,
praying that dad doesn't get upset, having might have to face the consequence.

Behind her sets a house of pain, all the anger has ignited a raging flame, as the house burns there she still sits, counting the ashes that fall as all the wishes missed, as the fire crackles, she can still hear every word,as the heat gets stronger it just feels like another hit occurred.

In her hand she has a stick, she draws a butterfly, she closes her eyes and boards it.
She flies away leaving her family behind, she has no pain as she hears her mom's cries,it's only fair to feel that way, after all if her mom loved her she wouldn't have stayed.

The Butterfly Effect

I wish the butterfly effect
Could ever work for me,
I'd like to see the life I wrecked,
The person I could be.

I'd be much wiser, change my mind
And play the magic chess,
I'd live the days I left behind
Another way, I guess.

I would erase my past mistakes...
Or make them even worse?
I'd just forget how much it aches
And never feel remorse.

What if..? What could it all have been?
The answer is unknown.
I see the pictures on the screen
My swollen mind has drawn.

I'm suffocated by regret,
This life's not truly mine,
I'd fall asleep and just forget,
Dissolve it all in wine.

I'd write a letter to the past,
Replay the fatal game.
But it's too late... I'll live at last,
I'll get my luck and fame.

The Butterfly Effect

Pink and blue in May
A hurricane in Norway
Wing’s careless flutter –
A pure disaster
Violently violet
You adorned my way
So yellow in June
Be careful, my little one.
Haven’t you heard of
Catastrophes you have done?

The Butterfly Effect

if i could rewrite my life’s story
would it change my destiny?
and who i was destined to be

could i have prevented the death of a friend?
of would more loved ones have died?
because i was not by their side

would more kids have been born?
as of now i have no need for santa’s toys
cause i have yet to conceive any girls or boys

would i have been able to cast my vote for the 44th president?
or have passed on and not seen the dream fulfilled
many passed away to young to even conceder writing a will

changing the past could very well alter the present
as i look back at my life and reminisce
i say to myself i could have done that should have done this

i know that i can’t change the past
and trying to change the world has yet to be done
all i can change is my future and hope that my living meant something to someone

one man may not be able to change the world
but one man may be able to plant the seed
that will motivate the reluctant to lead

Butterfly effect, a rhythm perfect
Having far reaching, magical impact
The desires, which we set into motion
Cascading through space, causing commotion
Universe responding, as we direct

Desire births thought to complete its project
Reality unfolds, as we suggest
The Universe, a manifestation
Butterfly effect

On fulfilling desires, we oft lament
Cyclic ego borne cravings resurrect
All karma arising from stagnation
Love aligned, vibrant in bliss elation
Our life is joyful, if we stand erect

The Butterfly Effect

Be who you are by using what God has given you

From a place of confinement
Where days are predictable
A reality to face by the repetition,
When dreams seem unreachable,
Hanging on to rituals for sustainment
The focus needed to one's survival
Yet not missing the faint notion
Of moving toward a palpable
Though unknown place of merriment.

When the moment of transformation
Is tangible, approaching, unstoppable
Felt manipulated by forces in motion
Apprehension and exhilaration in tremble
Facing the unknown so close at hand
Hanging on to the faith of a miracle
For what is to come, searching the heavens
Surrendering all, even if death is the pinnacle.

Then when the Chrysalis opens (perfection)
Lo and behold, indeed what a miracle!
A new life is found, filled with sweet scents
Wings open, excitement palpable
Take flight, even if a little uncertain
Free to reach dreams now attainable
Never knew, in days of old, the extent
Of the freedom to be found and heaven so undeniable.

Butterfly Effect

t flits gracefully,
freely,meekly,beautifully,
so high into the sky,

capturing your attention,
mesmerizing not to mention,
in all its glorious perfection,
earning all your affection,

without a warning,
without a trace,
it goes,
and you are left without nothing,
wavering and lingering,

realizing shockingly
that the butterfly effect has effected...
