Best Bonds Poems
Eternal Bonds
Apricity sustains us through the cold
As our aging bones recall days of youth,
Where sweet treasures of the heart still unfold
A mode of love that deepens with the truth
That like a long lived tree whose roots run deep
Our years together strengthen our resolve
To weather storms together as we keep
Our bond of love continues to evolve.
Beauty reigns in eyes of the beholder.
Though years have changed our physicality,
Our pace is slower as we've grown older,
Yet in youth we remain, eternally.
Your aura shines so much brighter with mine
Because we have a love that is divine.

You bring the mail unfailingly
In sun and wind and rain
With cheery smile and bright “Hello"
And "Turned out nice again"
May I suggest a strategy
To brighten all our lives
Bring a million pounds from Ernie
Instead of twenty-fives!!
This is the last straw
The last cold slap in the face
The last hard swallow of total disgrace
I'm tearing down this whipping post
And disappearing from your ghost
And all your constant belittling boasts
This is my own life to save
For I know you wish me an early grave
But I must be brave
And break all phoney family ties
And turn my glance from your demon eyes
And strip my soul of your hate and lies
Its sad the love you chose to hide
Is the major reason this family died
And now future generations will be denied
Those bonds so precious for love to thrive
But here and now I break the chain
And try to salvage the hope that remains
That God will bless this heart again
To live for love and be free of pain
And let my light shine through the stains
That have been washed away by the spirits rain.
Blessed babe, so pale and still,
It breaks my heart you couldn't stay.
The same heart that you slept beneath,
Becoming part of as you lay.
Warm and safe, by love surrounded,
My womb the only world you knew.
Untouched by harsh reality,
In innocence there you dreamt and grew.
And what of lessons learned from you?
In the short time that we had, it seems,
Of joy and sadness, love and loss,
You taught me of a mother's dreams.
Beloved child, we are not parted.
Our bonds, forged in the blood we share,
Whatever comes, will hold unbroken.
No force exists they cannot bear.
If in my arms I cannot hold you,
Within my heart, held you will be.
Treasured there 'til my last breath,
My life's most precious memory.
It matters not, the depth of darkness.
It's banished by the smallest light.
When I look into the night's clear heavens,
I find your star there, shining bright.
hearts warm together
softly touch with tender truth
love's unbroken bonds
Like old days we were buddies
When on each occasion we shared our goodies
Hanged together, shared bond of brotherhood
Names of best friends still carved on park bench made of wood
No bounds to play and roam
Every street or park felt like home
From school to college we grew to change
Made new friends who for each other are strange
Things didn't work the way they were
To lose friend like you made me scared
Months went by and not a word we spoke
I miss those days when we laughed at all those silly jokes
Can we just stop being silent falks
And grab our phones to start talks
I feel we need to strengthen our bond not so old
Let renew our friendship as pure as gold
I'm a dragonfly
Who flies alone
Yet in life
This dragonfly
Wants to fly
In a group than solo.
Though there are times
I want to be alone
To be with my thoughts
Have some serenity
But what is harmony
Without discord?
I envy the people in reality
Who have somebody to be with
A pack to run off on wild adventures
I just wish they could invite me
Along for the ride-even if it was for a day
To feel like that I belong with them.
I want to connect to people
But it's tough to form a bond
Like tying together a rope
To make a perfect knot
When I try to make one
It just looks distorted.
Is it because of my ADHD?
Is it because of my uniqueness?
Is it because I cling too much?
Maybe it isn't because they don't
See through the shell of a clam
To see the beautiful pearl within.
Reality can be tricky
Digitality is much easy
For I know I have people
Here in the digital world
Who welcome me with open arms
There for me if I ever feel down.
But Reality isn't bad either
For as an old saying goes
Your more happier with few
Than having thousands of friends
Because those closest to you
Will always have your back.
That goes for Digitality
The friends that I have
Will always be there for you
No matter if you live a part
Because their close in my heart.
Sometimes I am clouded with doubt
Caught in a sea of despair
When thinking such lonesome thoughts
But there is a hand reaching in
To bring me back to the Land of Happiness
Because my friends are with me.
Maybe I think too much on loneliness
In the real world to realize that
I have bonds with a few in reality
That are close to me just as the bonds
Of those in digitality are to me
I have a web of bonds without knowing myself.
The Web of bonds that trascend
The two worlds of reality and digitality
I've made a bond with incredible people
Who enjoy my company as I enjoy theirs
The times we spend together are precious in reality
Just as the times in digitality are also precious.
This dragonfly isn't alone
I have my own flock to fly with
Even if their far away from her home
With a few nearby to converse
I'm happy to know that I have friends
In Reality and Digitality.
BROKEN BONDS
We used to be
so close and tight
like sisters should be
a bond brighter than light
But one day I noticed
You colder and distant
Lashing out over nothing
turning more a stranger than a sister
Over time the abyss
only grew and got deeper
Our talks became sparse
Our love, a mere whisper
From talking daily
To almost never
From understanding
To a cold shoulder
From more than blood
to an almost stranger
I lost my best friend
my confidant
my shadow
But that's how life works
some people come, some go
some hurt more, some less
that's how we learn...
that's how we grow...

Barry Bonds Witchhunt cons
Sold out tickets make owners fond
Money bags Pennant flags
Baseball's back
On Spots Illustrated mags
Homerun chase
Time to contemplate
Adoring fans now say Your a National Disgrace
Commissioner too
Crying the Public Boo-Hoo
Used the breaking of Aaron's record
To advertise the brew
No more dough Let's dull the glow
On this sordid Major League Baseball
Hypocrites Sideshow
A fellow stranger's doubt will surely sense
Judgmental indiscretion of defect.
'Tween enemies pure hatred circumvents
The moral obligation to respect.
The various consistencies as friend,
Distill from swollen hearts this lonely ache,
With passion starts yet may abruptly end
So rarely people risk their hearts to break.
A lover's walk is not fatality,
Creating life two intimately share.
If nurtured, loved, and taught respectfully
Prosperity so gratefully will care.
Of all relations listed here above
Why is it people suffer feeling love?
BARRY BONDS
NOW THERE'S A NAME
THAT SHOULD RESIDE
IN THE HALL OF FAME
AS A ROOKIE
HE SHOWED SOME STRENGTH
HIT HOME RUNS
WITH INCREDIBLE LENGTH
WHEN I FIST SAW HIM
I THOUGHT OF JACKSON
THE WAY HE SWUNG
HIS BAT IN ACTION
BARRY COULD RUN
HE COULD THROW THE BALL
MADE GREAT CATCHES
ON THE LEFT FIELD WALL
AT STEALING BASES
HE WAS A THREAT
SCORING UNEARNED RUNS
PUT TEAMS IN DEBT
PITCH TO HIM ?
WHY WOULD YOU ?
YOU GET THE FEELING
A HOMERUN'S DUE
BEAUTIFUL SAN FRANCISCO
AS FAR AS BALLPARKS GO
IS THE BEST OF ALL THE BALLPARKS
TO DISPLAY A HOME RUN SHOW
RIGHT FIELD HAS SPLASH LANDING
AND IF YOU TOP THE WALL
BARRY LAUNCHED SOME HOMERUNS
AND IN THE BAY THEY FALL
AT NIGHT THEY HAVE THE LIGHTS ON
AND WHAT A TERRIFIC SIGHT
TO SEE A BASEBALL LAUNCHED LIKE THAT
IS POETRY IN FLIGHT
IN A WAY BARRY BONDS
SIMPLY MADE IT CLEAR
BYE BYE BASEBALL
YOU'RE CLEARLY OUT OF HERE
In childhood days of laughter and play,
Side by side, we'd dance and sway.
Siblings bound by love so true,
Together in all that we'd pursue.
Through schoolyard antics and homework woes,
We'd face each challenge, our bond still grows.
Hand in hand, we'd face the tide,
With strength in unity, we'd never hide.
But as time flies on swift wings,
Life's changes bring new beginnings.
Work and school, they call our names,
Drawing us apart like different games.
Yet distance cannot break the ties,
That bind our hearts under azure skies.
For memories woven in childhood's embrace,
Forever hold us in their grace.
Though paths may lead us far apart,
The love we share will never depart.
Through marriages and life's grand schemes,
We'll cherish the bond of sibling dreams.
So let us treasure each fleeting day,
And hold dear the memories that stay.
For no matter where our journeys roam,
We'll always find our way back home.
Since times of old,
a man so tall,
will lean upon
a woman small.
Since first they met,
and their paths did cross,
they've tried to capture
time that's lost...
By the grace of God,
each day anew,
their strength combined
is more than two...
He's keen of eye
and sure of foot,
yet she sees things
he overlooks...
As they maneuver 'round
an iceberg's tip,
she lights the way,
and he guides the ship...

Bonds, between Mothers
and their children is ever lasting.
Bonds, between God
and His children is no Comparison!
All but these bonds who forged ironies chain's being His servant, you are the Lord's freeman for their labor of love is not in vain Painters of mercy to the colorless lands slaves for freedom persuading the sublime captured by a noblier cause before kings The apostle Paul bound for Rome like a sign the bird still sings even with caged wings strive they to make all men free the good news like Wheatley's colonial seeds sown afresh a black slave woman with a poetical point All men are created equal all men need the savior Men can never earn merit for that which He anoints The loving Lord Jesus with His forgiving favor broke the dark bondage of sin and death's hold Rejoicing in the gift gained men can live in iron chains given freedom of life's breathe they can speak bold
