Thanks Postie

You bring the mail unfailingly In sun and wind and rain With cheery smile and bright “Hello" And "Turned out nice again" May I suggest a strategy To brighten all our lives Bring a million pounds from Ernie Instead of twenty-fives!!

Hello Kevin Dale, Yes Ernie is a man's name. He was a neighbour when I was a kid. Yet i see that it is also a name of a machine. It picks out numbers fr the government! i did not know that. Yes very few win big amounts of money. Enjoy your day my friend.

Thank you Darlene. I don't know if you are aware that Ernie is not the name of a man, although that would work also, but the name of the machine that picks the numbers for the Government run Premium Bond Savings Scheme. (Electronic Random Number Indicator Equipment). Many people manage to win £25 but only two per month win the One Million Pound prize.
