An orphan dressed in sin stained clothes,
I was lost and without a clue,
until Jesus freed me from all sin's woes,
washed me clean and made me new,
a miracle sure and true.
Like a caterpillar morphs into a butterfly,
I was changed, I was born again.
On wings of faith I now can fly,
no more a slave to sin,
freer than I've ever been.
No longer an orphan, I'm a child of God,
safe and secure in His love,
and while I remain on this earthly sod,
I will fix my eyes on things above,
and rejoice in His unfailing love.

Finally, brothers and sisters, rejoice! Strive for full restoration, encourage one another, be of one mind, live in peace,
and the God of love and peace will be with you.- 2 Corinthians 13:11
We are one nation under God.
We are one family created in His image.
Brothers and Sisters,
Let’s unite!
Black and White,
Let’s unite!
Democrats and Republicans,
Let’s unite!
Rich and Poor,
Let’s unite!
Native-Born and Immigrants,
Let’s unite!
Christians and Muslims,
Let’s unite!
Young and Old,
Let’s unite!
Weak and Strong,
Let’s unite!
Churches of every denomination,
people from every nation,
every color, every creed,
let us learn from history!
For the future generations,
let us unite as family!
Let us pray for one another,
and lift up our sisters and brothers.
Let us all walk hand-in-hand.
*A house divided cannot stand.
Let us love one another,
every sister, every brother!
*A house divided against itself, cannot stand. - Abraham Lincoln

best to love others as they love themselves.)

God’s children live within the brink
where death can be so very near
it’s a tightrope flickering on life’s edge
but constantly lifted up by God so dear
For we indeed in Christ crucified
standing within His body of death
so His life is manifested in our own
living or dying even to our last breath
In this life we give up our rights
to follow in His body on Calvary road
taking up His cross whatever it means
for His sake alone no matter His load
We have living within us Jesus Himself
filled by His spirit leading us to victory
onward to glory fight off every storm
His is the victory this will be our history
So we can aptly call ourselves
treasures in jars of clay
being formed in Christ’s likeness
make me like Jesus we must pray
( 2 Corinthians 4:9-11
9 Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;
10 Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body.
11 For we which live are always delivered unto death for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh.)
The apostle Paul gave this exhortation
that as believers learn to rejoice
whether in our heart or with verbal shout
sound off with inner or outer voice
This rejoicing must be focused upon
the Lord God and truly Him alone
for He’s worthy of all our praise
as only this Lord our sins did atone
This Lord is our mighty saviour and redeemer
making Himself the perfect sacrifice for sin
only He was good enough to pay the price
that to heavens door we can fully enter in
The Lord sticks close with us
through all of life and more
His ear hears our faintest cry
grants His grace forever at our door
So rejoice always continually
to the Lord alone be the glory
for He’s done all things well
this is our ongoing eternal story
('Finally, brothers, rejoice. Aim for restoration, comfort one another, agree with one another, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you. ' 2 Corinthians 13: 11 (ESV)
' Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice.') Philippians 4: 4 (ESV)
God is due all of the great blessing
that's given to His holy name
for He is truly God the father
of His beloved son Jesus Christ the same
Being also the father of mercies
the all merciful God of eternity
who looks over His children with love
giving His sovereign protection with certainty
No matter how afflicted we feel
our father in heaven feels it too
for He feels likewise our pain
and knows what it's like as we do
For this is the God of all comfort
which comforts us in all our affliction
soothing our heart and ever living soul
giving us everlasting peace and consolation
AUTHOR NOTES: Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the
Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction.
2 Corinthians 1 vs. 3-4a
How many thoughts have you in a day?
too many to count without a doubt
some may be wholesome others are not
they tell you what you are about
God knows our every thought
nothing is hidden from His sight
every thought will be brought to account
make sure you're following His light
Jesus calls His own to obedience
so to capture to Him every thought
bring each of them to Him alone
for He will receive you without blot
Walk in the light that Jesus brings
capture every thought for Jesus
glorify Him by every thought
so to praise He who's king of kings
(2 Corinthians 10:5
"We take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.")
In this world of trouble and strife
what is there to keep us on song?
to stop us from losing our grip
making sure we hold up real strong
This can only be found in God
the one eternal comfort so true
He knows us inside and out
so will provide our needs He will do
The mercy of God does come down
from the father of the heavenly light
who loves to shower His mercy
so to display His glory so bright
Our source of mercy and comfort
is that power for our living force
makes one find contentment in life
from the only true divine source
Bring thanksgiving and due praise
to the God creator of everything
who rules and reigns from above
so making our hearts to joyfully sing
('Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort' 2 Corinthians ch. 1 v. 3 (ESV))
The scriptures continually exhorts us
to take the step of faith in the Lord
but this can seem so hard to do
till God opens the heart by His sword
This sword of God's spirit knows exactly
where to open the proud human heart
planting the seeds of faith deep down
so by life faith can grow not just in part
Why should one have faith in God?
because God is eternal and creator
having no beginning and will never die
this is the God of truth none is greater
What does this faith really mean?
it's trusting and loving God almighty
walk looking in faith in your sustainer
following His light ever so brightly
It's the fool that speaks of no God
those that believe in Him are truly wise
so be true having faith in the Lord
then surely in your heart, Jesus will rise
('' And Jesus answered them, “Have faith in God." Mark 11: 22
" for we walk by faith, not by sight." 2 Corinthians 5: 7)
Jesus Christ truly was and is God's son
as God Christ is creator of the universe
He has no need of anything at all
Christ's riches evidence in Bible's verse
being the remedy for mankind's fall
This Jesus incarnate became man
but remained God in His fullness
heretics really go wrong at this point
which shows the root of their sinfulness
Christ became poor in becoming like us
adding His humanness to being divine
but suffering severely in His crucifixion
for us poor sinners, He's our living vine
Believers this is a mystery so sublime
Christ died for all our sins future and past
bringing salvation to sinners Jesus saves
for He out of love our sins has cast
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ
though rich Jesus Himself became poor
to bring divine riches to us sinners
so receive heavenly blessings so pure
(For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sake, he became poor so that you by his poverty might become rich.)
2 Corinthians 8: 9 (ESV)
The Apostle Paul speaks here earnestly
of the importance to be cleansed
from every defilement of sin
clearing the dirt through our spiritual lens
This cleansing comes in God's power
through his divine merciful grace
praying in and through His Holy Spirit
telling of His love in constant praise
Holiness is so important to God
as scripture tells He's triple holy
proclaiming His pure godly character
to be clothed in holiness solely
Let us live in the fear of God
making us complete in Christ's name
having a right reverential fear
pointing heavenwards our constant aim
Underline with priority these words
cleanse, defilement, holiness and fear
bring them to mind regular and often
hear God's spirit in your inner ear
('let us cleanse ourselves from every defilement of body[a] and spirit, bringing holiness to completion in the fear of God.')
2 Corinthians 7: 1 (ESV)
