Every point will, without a doubt, be invigorating. 
With another blast of matured positive thinking. 
To retrace our steps, civilization is slowly blurring.
Freedom projects exceptional, desolate lighting. 
The power to ignore is a beautiful endowment of embracing.

To Succeed In Life

To be successful at what you do
you’ve got to have the wright attitude
With success there is always failure
so, you can learn from ones’ aptitude

When you compete for juicy steaks
there always could be, a slight defect
Let’s face it, we all make mistakes
as no one can be, that perfect

Ever take an aptitude test and fail
Means you've stumbled off the trail
There's still hope
Join a class of dopes
 Methinks you're dumber than a bag of nails

She Was a Lego Queen

She was a lego queen.
A future engineer.
Building stealthily and smartly,
a quick minded girl.
Six-years-old, and swore her
parents would not buy her legos
because she is a girl.
I watched her build a house,
intelligently and quickly, smartly.
She is the only child I have seen
out of hundreds of children, builders
aged 8 and 9 even, who figured out
how to add the windows which I had been
told by many other children did not fit.
I reached for the phone after she
left, to call her mother, and ask if I might
buy her legos.  The phone was disconnected,
not unexpected, just unsurprisingly still sad.
