Premium Member I Am Your Nagalakshmi

Once mislead by a cowardly snake impostor
Who only beared name of your possessor.
When you told me you have his spirit within,
I realized that for you the veil is so thin.

"Now you have the real Nagaraj, within me."
And that confirmed Shiva is also with me.
For they say when I meet the serpent king,
It means Shiva is near me, always helping.

I fondly wondered if Nagaraj has a wife,
And it makes me think: in every previous life,
You and I are simply reincarnating deities,
I follow you throughout all of the eternities.

I learned his wife's name is Nagalakshmi.
My own birth name means "of the sea,"
Matches her being embodiment of ocean.
Indeed, I am your poison's antidotal potion.

Dark Leaf

Once foretelling portents swam within the
Apogee bath.
Torn wounds in flesh,
unequip the afflicted. Lack.
Unilaterality Undesirables systematically
inspect an overture unto the future.
Incisions.
Indecision.
Discussions.
Decision.
Resolution Found between
Thigh
and
Breast Fat.
We spoke on the old West.

Distain allowed to follow
in
shadows' shoes.
Walk-
from the gravestone tomb,
Talk-
from the cemetery plot.
prefer amnesia, anesthesia, or euthanasia,
the lot.

Apposed to this undying pain,
grief,
return of
disbelief.
A contrite
Sorry resentment
Sodden in maple
Solidity.
Solidarity pushed well past
comprise while
the unconvinced so
remained that,
a sacerdotal yet
antidotal dissenter.

Go on.
Permission to let Pessimism steep in dark tea leaves.
Reverse dove beneath the San Fernando crust.

A Antidotal Living

Head-first slid into the belly of a scanner
Humming and clicking
far away canned music turns white

Trying not to think of shadows
the telltale marks of
a spreading fear

Weeks later
there are tubes, lots of them
force-fed back into a life
one he has to handle like a time bomb

Almost back to normal
but now normal is ticking
he hears it
when he closes his eyes

Perhaps at the days complete
This date with death shall not
prove to be deadbeat.
The outcome has proven quite concrete.
Tragedies that shades
itself behind deaths eyes
piercing to contaminate
like some Blastomyces:
Ready to enter my blood to do some harm.
like some invading fungi who does not laugh
at the joke, but at the
Joker's lack of antidotal charm.

As death is now my escort;
Invasion needs no persuasion.
I've awakened myself, to realize such a thought.
Finding my words nesting, in some confessions plot.
That is why I never sympathize with evil.
Abetted, by the fluid allure of death.
Follows me like fresh fish with a trail of flies.
In poetic terms, it’s easy to describe
the evil that is flowing, like sewage in a flood.
Around every corner, I have found,
The hatred from which I strive to hide.

Led me to find a peaceful place near the trees
Where peacefully, I now reside.
Sitting alone with one trusting friend, as
we admire the color of the trees in the quiet.
We meditate and sit in amber silence.
Without anticipation the judgment of each other.
