Premium MemberWord Salad for Dinner

Eating your leafy words
Is wise,
Not absurd,
Not a vitamin guise.

Sweet logorrhea of crimson carrots
And great golden potatoes
With blueberry beauties
Nibbling newborn walnuts.

Sage sachets invoke lucid lentils lore,
Rosy resonance forevermore.
The tastiest side salad awaits
With vanilla visions for all my mates.

I'm coherently linking leafy greens,
A poet's realm of vegetable things.
Linking lavender to raspberry resonance,
Merry mustard seeds, and petite pumpkins.

Starlit sunflower seeds are swirling
While the ivory cauliflower is boiling,
And raspberries on broomsticks baffle
The mischievous umber mushrooms.

Those who eat dinner with me
Will digest split pea poetry,
A discerning dinner with glee,
Filling our carefree cups with timeless tea.

Premium MemberWeird Weeds - Mar 2

The witch of the woods watches from the window,
While willows’ webs weave wildly in the wind,
And wicked whiffs of worm-water are wafting
From the whirling well of woe and wallow.

Spooky Spiders

Hear Harry’s hysterical, startling scream.
Little spooky spiders made him run to the extreme.
It wasn’t a fairytale fantasy dream;
the cobwebs created a crazy football team.

Mother thought she’d heard their scary scheme,
so she planned to question the Queen.
I thought they were merely mean,
moving to our happy home, creating a scary scene.

Starry Sorrow

I summoned sorrow to swallow my soul whole and save it from its sinister solitude.

I stared at the stars sailing against a surf of sunless skies.

I spoke to the sleek sand in soft whispers, entrusted my secrets to its slithery dance.

I sank with a scene of a silent starry sky into a silky sea of soundness.

And my spirit surrendered to the serene song of the swell to shield my psyche from the screeches of this senseless city.

 * * *
Suddenly,
I've been reminded of the truth:
So solid & devastating.

The sea is distant from this city;
I'm only staring at the ceiling,
Sparkling salt water streaming from both eyes.

Strange how the darkness of this place seduces one to lose oneself in fantasies
of soaring up towards a starry space . . .

Premium MemberFlowerful Fun

Rosey, had a rose of course
And Dan had Dandelions.
Sonny sought out Sunflowers
And Pete perfumed Petunias.
Maisey dreams of Daisys,
Cyrus clings to Iris.
Pops loves Poppys everywhere and
Viola vies for Violets.
Amy loves the Amaryllis
While Dolly dallies Dahlias.
Don’t miss Miss Chrysanthemum or
Aly’s awsome Alyssum.
James with Jasmine ran and
Percy picks the Jersey Lily.
Casey cares for Camelia and
Phyllis leaps through Lilies.
Angie’s all “Angelica” while
Bob boasts of Blossums.
Fiona’s Flora flies and
Abe craves more Azalea.
Beatrice bathes in Begonias and
Cassie crafts with Calia.
Goodness, 300 flowers or more!?
Oh distain, I’m out of names!
No more room for blooms
I’ll stop meddling, and “petal” on.

Cocktail of Chemicals

"I carry your heart with me (I carry it in my heart) I am never without it..." E.E. Cummings

It's another night... I open the curtains
my mistress is hidden in moonlit meadows.
vastness of space inked in her fingerprints
flows in fantasy, filling a familiar fragrance.

I am no longer alone, a sea of passion tides
smear the stillness of a sedated sandy shore,
with the moon blushing in lustful lovelight
It's a cocktail of chemicals, cordless control.

a Ferris Wheel spinning forever in frolic
latitude of love lost in longitude of life.
hope and reality swirl in dizzy dreams
searching Spring secrets in September skies.

A butterfly had once asked it's wildflower
Darling dear, Will you please forget me?
It's twenty years in tapestry of time...
You have taken me with you, there's no me.

My initials are M F, of course, given by my parents. I don't use nicknames in any of my writings.

Maiden’s flimsy faking made mystique meaningless making me fade from fantasy friend;

The Mourning of Dr Gero

Hideous..! he speaketh. His name was Abe of Jabob.
His tongue was black of Ivory
his skin as florescent as the new moon
Hideous..! he spaketh again, mocking the molden doll, Sally
His eyes curve wide in the threshold of his magnificence--jester?
Oh, no, no, no, no!!!!!
This is Ernest Cumminway, the legendary Jack Sparrow the Skellington's...cousin.
He was still living, living in a molt-town World, where dreams collide of parallel wings that jester you into the Obvious things
And what of his dreams? they dare awaken. Whereas Jack Skellington dares remove his Pumpkin-like skeleton head on that wintery, autumn night. For they live in a world that plays and preys on their sleeping Dreams...or at least it seems...a Sin... They was the fayth of Final Fantasy VII thru IX, amidst 11 and 12 deliver us to neigh.

Premium MemberSaucy Sally and Studly Sam

Saucy Sally, sits solemnly on said sidewalk,
Stifling sniffles, sees sympathetic staring,
Some snidely shuffling slowly sideways, so
She surreptitiously swallows her sadness.
Studly Sam, strolling six shaggy sheepdogs,
Soon seizes on saucy Sally’s situation, and
Saunters steadily, still standing; swiftly,
Suggests she stifle her sniveling sadness.
Suddenly, she’s sharing six shaggy sheepdogs,
Silently, Sam says, sweet saucy Sally stay.

The Measure of My Treasure

Just like a pearl in the operatic ocean,
like a devotee's deep devotion ,
like the flowers in the summer spring,
like a guitar's smooth string,
like the rhythm to my divine drum,
like an athlete's relaxing run ,
like the twinkling of the soulful stars,
like the subtle inkling of bounteous bars,
like an artist's charismatic canvas,
like the blissful lands of everlasting ecstasy,
you are my soulful symphony,
you alone are my boat of tremendous treasure
and my Pride is of magnanimous measure !!!
