Geppetto was tired of being without a son.
He had dreamed of a son all his life
It had not happened for him and his wife
A son? Yes, a son. Geppetto really wanted one.
In a dream he thought of carving his own.
One with scruples, not an Al Capone.
He would name his son Pinocchio.
And train him the ways that he must go.
Geppetto began work on his son that day.
He felt excited as he carved his oak wood away.
Pinocchio was a handsome puppet, not a toy.
Geppetto dreamed he might become a real boy.

If this old guy gets to heaven one of these days
He'll surely be watching you peeps
So be advised you guys better behave yourselves
My guys will be on standby ready to straighten you out
And you surely wouldn't want that
They are called angels but don't let the name fool you
They can really be quite scary
Betcha you had no idea
You thought all angels were angelic like
These guys were once 'angels' for Al Capone
So you have been forewarned

Sometimes it can be very painful,
Or just plain embarrassing to admit.
When an icon fails to reach the pedestal,
And their fraud is hard to acquit.
The effort involved in this fabrication,
Took decades to sharpen and hone.
Where the 'PR' folks worked their magic,
Creating a genius instead of Al Capone.
This 'con' reached upon new levels,
With a portrait that extended coast to coast.
While a legendary status from industry
Followed, Hell, politics would be simple as toast!
And while this chapter remains unfinished,
A nervous nation awaits the painstaking review.
As the truth becomes convincing to judgement,
And the illusions disappear without a clue.

Jesse James
Felt no shame
Billy the Kid
Robberies did
Al Capone
They left alone
Enrico Ponzi
Lived like Fonzie
Leftist mobs
Loot and rob
Proud Boys Gang
Sturm and drang
Criminals gritty
We love to pity
And that's the end
Of this little ditty

Prohibition began one hundred years ago in the USA.
People had their right to drink booze taken away.
This made people unhappy and they began to whine.
And this caused Al Capone to start peddling moonshine.
Capone was evil and because of him, people were killed.
On December 5 1933, the 18th Amendment was repealed.
People were very happy because prohibition came to an end.
They were as giddy as school girls to have the right to drink again.

Eh? woke up
this Thursday morning
with my finances
shaking the walls
some nice hoser lady
had given me a call
and left a message
right on my phone
she talked
also, very nice and slow
it was all so very proper
Don't Cha, know
she called
and,
mixed it up
like i was
in business
with Al Capone
like it was
a for sure thing
she said
they got my
loonie and my toonie (Canada money)
and they ain't
coming, home
so i scratched
my head
right under my
toque/tuque (cap/sleeping bonnet)
and kissed
a drop of Mickey (375 ml alcohol bottle ) (don't drink yet, lol)
right, into my DOUBLE DOUBLE (Tim Hortons coffee )
and Timbit, my donuts holes
and give
that internet
a Give'r,
of, a cat call
and what the
Kerfuffle! (hell!)
"Hey" I don't know anyone
in Deloraine, Manitoba
western Canada
wow! That's so cold!

Innocent, was born of my mother
When a single word could not I utter
As grew I a little older
became defiant, and a little bolder
Then I learned how to speak profane
A worthy speech, not but vain
Soon, I learned the art of lying
Enchanted, was I so enjoying
Unaware whom, I was letting sins to make me
Down and down and down to take me
My heart had hardened like stone
My conscience dead like Al Capone
Alas! I've earned the fire
But it'll cleanse the guilt of lust and desire
My hope is then I'd be set to go
But sins abound, really I do not know

Review the annals of history
Murder upon murder you'll see
Start with Adam and Eve's son, Cain
Who murdered his brother Abel in vain
Then there's Moses, the saintly lawgiver
Who murdered an Egyptian taskmaster and shivered
The greatest of playwrights, Shakespeare, didn't hedge his bets
He wrote of murder in 'Julius Caesar,' 'Macbeth' and 'Romeo & Juliet'
What of Abe Lincoln's assassin, Mr. John Wilkes Booth?
His name lives all these years later, verily and forsooth
There's Lee Harvey Oswald, shot JFK -- ended Camelot
Else his name wouldn't be worth a pee in a pot
Can't forget the serial killers, whose souls are damned:
Richard Speck, John Wayne Gacy, Son of Sam
Not to mention the 'iconic' socialists you all know:
Lenin, Stalin, Hitler, Mao, and Idi Amin also
In this century you don't have to rack your brain
We've had Osama bin Laden, Bashar Assad, Sadam Hussein...
As for 'professionals,' Bonnie & Clyde are your bank robbers
And how about ('Scarface') Al Capone for a celebrity mobster?
So, you want your name to be ever remembered?
Just commit a few murders: Behead and dismember!

If you doubled the size of medium-petite,
that would be ripe for a man like me.
I prefer a jiggle when I spank that ass.
Then watch it spring to attention, extremely fast.
Li’l-Bitty-Baby-Big-Girl has that kind of stuff.
Tools and moves to make me scream “Ooh! I’ve had enough.
She’s just the perfect size, with cushion here and there.
The kind that keeps you warm in that February air.
Li’l-Bitty-Baby-Big-Girl is the one I have to have.
The only woman with the privilege to clock my ass.
It doesn’t come through drama, it is borne from respect.
Whenever I try to go there, she brings me back in check.
She could scrape up a meal from dried noodles and a bone.
And, cover my back better than Al Capone.
So, I advise everyone, they’d better get one of them.
A Li’l-Bitty-Baby-Big-Girl turn boys into men.

Straight-up the arrows,
hard-pressed the doors
to all the rooms
in all the houses
on Clark Street.
Father Coughlin brought blessings
thinned with broth
from potato peelings.
Women poured tears
into fringed shawls,
and buried their dead
above Dublin’s seashore,
along the banks
of the river Liffey.
Through the years,
the ghost of James Clark,
Bugsy’s brother-in-law,
pursued Al Capone
all the way to his grave.
