I think it is sad that we have the criminals and the noncriminals; I think we need to all be criminals on certain days, and all be non criminals on other days. Then I would know when to stay inside.

Our Governor decided the best way to reduce COVID-19 infections in prison is to release the prisoners, most of whom were re-arrested the same week......Aloha! Rico

I don't know anymore... Crime seems to have ramped up here a lot, along with cheating, lying, vulgarity, death and destruction. ~ Ever the Optimist
