“The aforesaid five objects, which are the negative attributes of the five electricities, being combined produce the idea of gross matter in its five forms: Ki, solids; Ap, liquids; Tejas, fire; Marut, gaseous substances; and Akasa, ether.
These five forms of gross matter and aforesaid fifteen attributes, together with Manas, Mind, sense consciousness; Buddhi, discriminative Intelligence; Chitta, the Heart or power of feeling; and Ahamkara, the Ego, constitute the twenty-four basic principles of creation.”
~ extract from ‘The Holy Science’
In the realm of heaven, our eye is single
but with no adversities to overcome,
so the one becomes two and then they jingle
propelled by the power of the cosmic hum
and in the five elements they commingle,
ego distanced from heart, though soul is welcome.
Poised thus in subject-object relationship,
we discover God when love is our flagship.
When I view the image
What do I see?
I see a message Repeatedly
A warning sent by an angel, once aforesaid
That danger draws near
As she blankets our heavens in red
The eagle in Nebula
Signifies man's connection to the Devine
Displaying it's freedom
To walk the Earth, swim the sea, and soar the sky
It reminds us of our own strength we all share
To face the imminent war
To save the link between Heaven and Earth
Or our eternal life will be no more
When I look at the image again
I now see the right hand of God
With the angel safely inside
Our prosperity is not out of reach
This will not be our demise.
three vignettes in chain rhyme
alternate title: What Love Has Won
I
By accident
with no ulterior motive...
On the trip west,
her husband succumbed to the grave;
love took her in.
Sans sacrament
death's plea had rendered a votive
her care addressed.
Vowing aid, John became her slave
love took her in.
II
Two lively boys
and she obviously pregnant
John left the train.
Finding a suitable homestead,
love took them on.
Shared peace and joys,
In time, he lost any remnant
of his own gain
only for the oath aforesaid,
Love took them on.
III
His home, the barn,
he tamed the boys' energy well.
She cooked their meals,
and soon her expectation brought
another son.
I spin this yarn
knowing you'll complete what I tell
as your heart feels,
as your mind gives birth to the thought
what has love won?

Excitement,
Sorrow,
Anticipation,
Anger,
Wonder,
Frustration,
Relaxation.
The most surprising, and wonderful composition is that of love.
There is no one sort of feeling that can exhibit this.
‘Tis ever compounded,
And to its composition are requisite all the aforesaid feelings,
Mixed in due proportion.
You may behold with admiration, that all the feelings of life being made to converge,
And thereby to be mixed again,
Produce love.
Entirely and perfect emotion in it true rainbow.
Solids feel fluids.
Fixed is volatile.
Gross includes subtle.
Ascending becomes descending.
All the while Earth lives in its own absolute true space and time.
Love.
You’re an enduring eclipse of quotidian winsomeness,
Existing in front of all others, compelling the aforesaid into your shadow:
My Beautiful One…
Surpassing their talent for beauty,
By allowing the world to witness your gift for it:
My Beautiful One…
Rejuvenating a word once relegated to becoming depthless,
Its affects near fleeting, Beautiful showed few signs of standing peerless as it once did,
Though within your presence, Beautiful is brought back to its quintessence, to its inception,
Shown the miracle it was conceived in, you’ve promoted its ordinance even over that of the beholder’s vision:
My Beautiful One…
In your arms, embosomed by you, Beautiful is free from its superficial cellar,
No longer just vernacular, the “B” word for pretty, or merely our lexicon’s adornment.
No, My Beautiful One…
In your face, Beautiful finally returns nature’s true reflection,
Your facial features burn incandescently and uncontrollably, fueled by a lifetime of beauty all in one place.
My Beautiful One anoints Beautiful with her grace, returning its virtue,
Granting it renewed potency…thought lost for always…
