Abhorrence Poems | Examples

Premium MemberAbhorrance for anything

do you have an abhorrence for anything?
murder, rape, child ****, sex slavery
any repugnance for anything else?
negative attitudes, bullying, meanness,
any other revulsions?
know-it-alls, vandalism, arrogance, inflexibility
hostility toward any animals?
I am not super fond of rats, snakes or mice
but I do not think I am hostile, merely fearful.

Premium MemberLive And let Live

Labouring like ants and bees, humans of goodwill gather
Being sloth-filled like sloths, does one have the right to scatter?
With nobleness, each being should acknowledge the other
If one fails to hail the other, will the other bother?

Those who help others in the accomplishment of mission
Those who join their neighbours in their battle against Satan
Such as these would follow you, carrying daily crosses.
Sharing each of your gains, they would also share your losses.

Humans, in their conspiracy to mar others, blasphemed
Forgiving these, towards them, your forgiveness unfastened
As scorpions and snakes venom those who try to save them
Their abhorrence towards those who saved them was at its helm.

Why should one oppose the truth and chock another's graces?
To be saved, should one roam holy places after places?

Dear Self

Dear self ,
We live inside each other,
When the last time we met each other
At the last stage of life,
let's take some wise steps,
Your biggest abhorrence was,
You never wanted to live like a substitute
or a hindrance in someone's life…!
You didn't want to feel like scrapheap
But when they find you inept and worthless,
People threw you away when they find you,
snag in their personal space!

They didn't leave any space for you
Filled that with other people or feelings!
But
Their heart knows,
You were always honest with them,
You were always available for them to care,
to pamper, to understand, to trust them,
It was not enough for them!
You thought there is some connecting strings,
A string of trust, respect, and purity,
They were not loyal to you,
There was not any strings!

At last!
Let's decide not to call them back!
You never asked them to go,
They chose separation,
They left you in pain,
They Stopped caring for you!

Till the End of Time

Till the End of Time

Show empathy and kindness to humanity
Love for all, abhorrence for none,
That is how we uphold peace.

Life's not for war, bigotry & hostility
Treat people with virtue as one
Spend in charity not negative things.

The trespassers never thrive throughout eternity!
Serve humanity, all to be done
Likewise forbid evil, and enjoin justice.

Sadness- We Often Cross Paths

I wanted to sink my teeth in a loaf of gladdening amicability,

My abhorrence of the woodland solitude was my grave folly ,

I searched the crux of life in the cacophonous chaos of muddled souls ,

The chimerical hideousness of that rusty chair under the parched tree deceived me some more,

It was when I stumbled upon the rock of despair,

Is when that rusty chair under the cruel dark sky lend its hand to repair,

One might think, in this world of garish identity, what needs to be repaired,

The puzzle dismantled the moment I gazed at the clouds while I sat on that rustic chair.

Unwanted

Your soul has exhaled
Into me, an unwanted
Abhorrence for life.

Advised To Face Africa

I intend touring around the globe
For something I just wish to now probe:
Not how many guys wear clothes like robe
Nor how many would build with adobe;
Rather, whether it is now in vogue
To put to death a suspected rogue,
Standing on reasons strong but still vague;
Mock trial: The abhorrence of Hague,
Unleashed upon some soul Egypt’s Plague;
By God first arranged for the Non-Vague

But I’ve been advised: face Africa!
For your tours you leave Costa Rica
And don’t even near America;
All through guided by Britannica…

Fear Before Love

Fear before love; tis ever
A street's heart-thumped view.
Abhorrence, through which a smile
Cracking, may burst through.

That which trembles, before dawn
Verging, tree-shaded
Its more than likely in awe.
For whom light does shed.

Premium MemberOff-Course Conscience

In God’s own world, kind and humane once,
bullets rip through the dreaming buds,
blood flows with the color of innocence,
the flowers of promise never bloom.

Terror breeds in the fanatic hearths,
dislocated minds mutilated by despicable instinct
turn into executor of targeted destruction,
chosen randomly from ominous list of insane caprice.

Morality defaced by indolent intolerance,
understanding disintegrates into abhorrence.
Empathy is lost in the dark alley of violence,
off-course conscience evades probity rationale.

In God’s own creation so beautiful ever,
the children inhabiting the world today,
still smile and play merrily without fear.
God has not given up on the mankind yet.

Premium MemberThe Power of Hope

Falling into a shaft during an evil strike.
Aspiring to scream, you lose your voice.
when darkness and abhorrence spike.
When adverse facts sway your choice,

Aspiring to scream, you lose your voice.
A halt to all hopes for life and renewal
When adverse facts sway your choice
As you fight acutely but your shot is futile.

A halt to all hopes for life and renewal
There is no pledge to attempt to survive.
As you fight acutely, but your shot is futile.
And you will be the first to escape alive.

There is no pledge to attempt to survive.
You bear it shut your eyes, set for death.
And you will be the first to escape, alive.
A swift jolt hauls you to rivers of Lethe.

You bear it shut your eyes, set for death.
When darkness and abhorrence spike.
A swift jolt hauls you to rivers of Lethe.
Falling into a shaft during an evil strike.

The Furrowed Charm

The melancholic pair of his deep brown eyes, depicts the contusion of his heart,

his stained skin and the deep furrows shows, how viciously he was torn apart. .

The bruise on his feet, the scratches on his palms,

the blood on his sleeves, and his nodding stance,

The moroseness in his stare, the abhorrence for the hues,

an arduous spin of emotions, he connects to few.

Premium MemberWorld Will Be Humane Again

In God’s own world so humane once
Blood flows thick as incensed streams
Bullets rip through the buds of dream
The homeless drift as alien discards
Terror flares up in the fanatic hearths
Lives mutilated by despicable instincts
People plunge in cesspool of vice and sin
Dislodged empathy finds its way astray
Morality defaced by harsh intolerance
Kinship disintegrates in abhorrence.

In God’s own world so beautiful ever
The sun rises in multi-color grandeur
The ocean embraces the golden shores
The sky sparkles with moon and stars
The rains shower the music of clouds
The forest makes scenic emerald lattice
The river takes land’s essence to the sea.

The children born to inhabit the world
Still smile and play merrily in the field
God is not tired of the humankind yet
He will make the world humane again.

Premium MemberWhy We'Re Here

My soul grasps how to reap life's unique goal.
Style ushered as an epic quest, a stroll
I'm fraught with findings to an ad-hoc probe
Throughout the time frame of our respite roll.

I was spurned by a hodgepodge of light strobe
By then, I knew what direction to throb
A diaphanous shed haunts our capture
In bearing, there is a celestial globe.

It's a matchless range gain from the ledger
Spite the spirit's sharpness, body's rapture
Chiefly have bestowing way, their insight
Dreamer's best stance is his decoy nature

Upon abyss veiled in sheer azure bright
Kernels had been seared by a dreadful blight
The stubborn mindset that stifles their voice
Tethered a faint guide in the shrouded night

Before drowning, our uttermost darkness
Beset by datum, view, knack, and strictness
Our heart's need, masked by a snarling ego
Bold eye buried by a slight abhorrence.

Premium MemberMighty Time Vii

Oh, mighty Time,

You are my best friend, but also
My worst of enemies

For

You bring life to this world, but
Easily you take it away

Happiness, certainly, is your gift
Suffering is your doing

To my child, you gave birth and
My parents, you took them away,

You accompanied the bride to the church, and
To cemetery, you led her widow

Love with you it grew in me
So did her sister, hate

To my spirit, you brought ecstasy and
To my heart abhorrence

With your passing came success but
Also came Failure

You made me proud to feel but
Also, you made me feel ashamed

But

Each time beside me you stand
Jubilantly I celebrate

Because

Life you breathe into my lungs
Hope into my soul

Thus

Unconditionally I LOVE YOU
Since I am your CHILD!
