Zephyr
vvv
a soft wind embraces the skin of the sea
as twilight dances across a changing sky
in a gown of flowing red sunset
surrounded by the silhouettes of birds
gliding on the breeze
before the night appears
wearing a glittering dress of thinly veiled glows
that spread across the black sky in sparkled light
as it takes center stage
turning the wind-blown sea into a dazzling spectacle
when the moon parts a curtain of clouds
and splays its rays upon the waves
enfolded by the soft wind, filled with a hint of salt
a nurtured ambiance
from the silent serenity of a Western zephyr
