Energy orbs jostle for attention Observation is our meditation Cessation too, vibrant celebration Vast All-ness beholds such-ness This-ness too, one with oneness So if they wish, let nodes stir Even as boundaries blur 23-October-2022

As the observer of the jostling forms of spirit, we face no harm, but can still experience many different thoughts and forms. We just have to stay still and not interact with that which we are observing. Our participation is through feeling and spirit. Thank you for sharing your knowledge of meditative experiences with us my friend. Write On! Bill

Your poem got me thinking Seeker, they always do, then I read joes comment below, Can it be one size fits all, perhaps the experience can be nuanced by an infinitesimal residual ego, cheers David

In my view, it’s not about negating what is (mind-body) but knowing that we in-dwell transient form for earth life experience. As such, we can distinguish an impulse of ego vs that of soul, if we are still.

A profound write: For sure; a place of balance must be achieved before higher enlightenment. Then the lesser ego yet struggles for control. Sort of anti-climatic. The webs the spiders of the soul we weave for ourselves. The most difficult thing I find in meditation is, the temptation to loose one's self in some all absorbing bliss as opposed to total conscious blissful awareness. The one keeps us earthbound...the other transforms earth.

Yes, no method is to be employed (although some seekers disagree) save a mindfulness orientation where love distils each impulse. The shift from bliss to peace is intertwined, in my view. In Samadhi, we become the flame itself as one without a second but then ‘return’ to body. All enablements are by grace. So whilst not seeking, why negate? Embrace and release in celebration, whatever benedictions manifest within.

True enlightenment is total self consciousness~ which is oneness with God. Bliss should be a greater realization of self. There is never loss of personal identity; one does not surrender personal power to a higher authority...it is realization of true self as the Higher Consciousness. Using the Cosmic Form (I am well aware of the practices and principals you speak of) as you describe is an intricate part of the process. But one must avoid infatuation with seeking by methods of physical stimulation. It is not necessary, and can hamper, to a degree, deeper spiritual knowledge. At least, this has been my experience.

Bliss in permanence occurs when in-form male and female polarities first merge at the crown* (*top of head), then attain balance and next fuse together by descent to the heart centre. It can be ‘seen and experienced’ in the physical. The central vein, Sushumna is illumined. It is well described in kundalini scriptures and I can affirm that it is true.
