You In My Nest
In the sunrise garden when we meet
you become the patina of dawn
in my dreaming eyes.
The golden day never ends,
for you become my sun.
When the flowers wither
in the mist of twilight
you hold the scent of blossom
for my fluttering butterfly,
the dancing dusk never ends.
In journey thru’ dark wilderness of life
searching for the light of destination
I never lose the way
to the fountain of sparkling joy,
for you are my north star.
Scorched in the desert of despair
I never chase the mirage
to quench my thirst of love.
My heart is full of bliss,
for in you I find the oasis.
On forlorn shore of turbulent time
I walk my tormented life,
in nights of moonshine flood
I don’t drown in loneliness,
for you hold me as my shadow.
Even if you fly in distant sky
you float on the wind I know mine.
From me you are never far away,
in my nest you will always be,
for I carry your heart with me.
