What an excellent 'slam' poem this is, Jan! Very serious (compared to humour)...I love acrostic, especially with rhyme. When time is ripe, Karma will have a field day! ~ So pleased to see you back in action! Hugs // paul

Some unpleasant memories never part--and you are right-- karma has a way of catching up. You delivered your potent message succinctly, Jan. The song is a powerful complement to your poem. Glad to see you back.

WHOA, Jan! I'm far more used to reading your humor, but these lines are power punches straight to the gut saying, "Don't mess with me!" Message received, loud and clear!

It's been a long time since I wrote anything as punchy as this Lin, but I never know what my muse will come up with, I know the person who inspired it will never read the poem. No contact since 2015 apart from one vile letter:-( hugs jan xx
