Winter's Games

Winter is playing tricks on us now We may get a frost tonight somehow Only 35 degrees this morning too I hope it only turns to morning dew Flowers to be saved, beans already planted This change of thinking, seems a bit slanted However, all this is chilly and true Winter needs to stop playing games - With skies so blue - Heidi Sands 5/12/18

Beautifully written as usual Heidi, I read this as I’m sitting in my garden bathing in glorious sunshine yet knowing it could be cold and wet tomorrow, well written. :))

Texas is seeing 90 degree days - today the humidity spoke up. Still, I saw some winter-colored-blue skies yesterday morning. Nice poem.

Wow Sunlite. It is heating up in Texas! We are all over the place. It is going to be 20's tonight. Then toward the 80's in a few days, then back to 60's. Thank you for your comment :)

Don't complain too loudly, Heidi. It's in the 90's here already. When the humidity arrives we'll be swimming in sweat wishing for some 35 degree mornings. Nicely penned, Heidi. Happy Mother's Day!
