Winter Globe
Silent flurries flutter down. My nose cold, cheeks warm. Whiteness gathers, explores, dusting sidewalks and my Christmas sweater. Cold angels in the snow, children giggle, flap their wings. Powdery-snow rolled into small, medium and large — a snowgent with smiling pebble teeth and a pointy orange nose. Snowbirds lift steel blades, gliding on the solid pond, as my snow tires make tracks — off to search for silver tinsel for my half-dressed tree. Vanilla-angel topper with warm cheeks.
