Who

WHO Who spoke the world into existence Who created the sun and the moon Who flung the stars across the heavens Who knows each star, and calls it by name Who made the tiny sparrow and knows when one falls Who stirs the oceans and seas to foam Who makes the waves mighty and strong Who calms these same seas at a whisper Who causes the earth to quake and crumble Who makes the mountains majestic and tall Who makes these same mountains tremble and fall Who sends the wind so furious or calm Who holds your life in His outstretched palm Who gave his Son so that we may live Who made salvation so freely to give Who is the answer to all your fears Do you know the answer to the question of who Will you let Him make some changes in you Let Him take you from the sinful path you trod He already loves you, and His Name is God Curtis Moorman 5 December 2018

Andrea, thank you so much for this response. I know your mixed emotions based on your Mom's strict beliefs so I appreciate your kind expression. Your friendship is a treasure to me. Merry Christmas to my dear, sweet friend!

You're absolutely right, Tom, many don't know Him. That is precisely why I write a lot of my poems with that message in them. I hope this sort of 'silent witness' is helping to draw some to the conclusion that there really is a God who is a God with a big G, not a little g, and He is capable of doing all the things I indicated in this poem. Thank you for your response and the fact that, as a believer, you openly agree with me in your response. Merry Christmas, my friend!

Well written Curtis, sadly many don't know in this greedy world we now live in. Tom.
