“Silently, one by one, in the infinite meadows of heaven, blossomed the lovely stars, the forget-me-nots of the angels.” Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Within the embrace of a moonlit night's canvas, the Whispers of Starlit Wonders reveal their solace. Glimmering stars and celestial lights commence, unveiling secrets from the universe immense. Through shimmering constellations and cosmic dust, the whispers tell stories of galaxies robust. Mysteries of the cosmos, waiting to be unfurled, drawing stargazers into an enchanting world. In this realm where celestial wonders abound, the Whispers of Starlit Wonders can be found. Unraveling cosmic marvels, they guide the way, igniting curiosity that nothing can sway. In this symphony of celestial harmony so grand, the whispers orchestrate melodies across the land. Twinkling stars and cosmic rhythms align, creating a symphony of wonders divine. Through celestial symphonies and ethereal tones, the symphony of celestial harmony intones. Planets dance with grace, comets streaking by, a harmonious union that lights up the sky. The symphony crescendos, embracing the night, as the Whispers of Starlit Wonders take flight. Cosmic melodies resound, captivating all, guiding stargazers towards awe, where dreams enthrall. Embarking on a quest for infinite discovery's array, stargazers venture forth, seeking the whispers' sway. Through vast galaxies and nebulae they tread, exploring the universe with a thirst to be fed. In the heart of the quest, a cosmic labyrinth unfurls, revealing celestial wonders, infinite worlds. Stargazers navigate through cosmic challenges unknown, discovering the secrets of the stars, their essence sown. As the quest nears its wondrous culmination, stargazers embrace the cosmos, a cosmic revelation. The Whispers of Starlit Wonders become their guide, unleashing a boundless curiosity, where dreams collide.
"In the heart of the quest, a cosmic labyrinth unfurls, revealing celestial wonders, infinite worlds. Stargazers navigate through cosmic challenges unknown, discovering the secrets of the stars, their essence sown." We are on a quest to know the wonders of the universe. Space is an area where wonders abound and cosmic bodies collide and co habit. You have plumbed deep into the mysteries of the the sky where starlit wonders keep whispering. This poem is a poetic marvel, I must say. You keep surprising us everyday with your skill, heightened imagination and creativity. I wonder why you remained silent all these years. Congratulations Sara on your first place win. Being too busy, I couldn't take part in this contest.
I agree, Valsa. We are on a quest to know the wonders of both the universe and our souls. Thank you for your wonderful accolades about my poem. Truly grateful. As far as writing poetry, I guess I just didn't see myself as a poet. I began writing fiction, non fiction, and memoir after retirement. Doing so was so purposeful and fulfilling, writing poetry just didn't cross my mind until dear hubby encouraged me. What a guy! Thanks for your interest. Wishing you a splendid weekend, hugs & blessings, Sara
Space exploration fascinates me and I never get tired of looking at the clear night sky. The stars always remind me of diamonds scattered on black velvet. Mankind has still got a long way to go to try and unravel the mysteries of the universe. An enjoyable read Sara and a fave for me. Live long and prosper. Tom
Dear Sara, this beautifully echoes Longfellow's sentiment, evoking the enchantment of celestial whispers. Each line is like a cosmic dance, inviting us to join the symphony of stars. Through your words, I felt the universe's vastness and the allure of its mysteries. This is an amazing celestial journey. - Blessings, Daniel
