A lovely contrast between the rich colors of fall and the shades of dark grief whispering through the rich fabric of this beautiful poem. Many prayers for you and God Bless you, Gina

This is such a beauty for the contest Carolyn. I welcome October with open arms. I am still dealing with the aftermath of my husband’s death in transferring everything into my name and this full moon has been an emotional one for my family. I hope to be back to reading more poetry soon. Blessings xxoo

Immediately put me in mind of Bobby Goldsboro (?)'s "Honey" ("See the tree how big its grown...") long, long ago. Good luck in the contest! Aloha! Rico
