Ah, sweet line ~ since friendship is most precious, this is a sad situation and one that seems more common as it seems that relationships are more and more superficial.

Lin, many things could cause this to happen. It could be death, sickness, someone moving away, or a disagreement over something. Friends do mean a lot, and it is as you say. Take care!

Can take that a couple of ways. One is loss by death, the other by having to walk away. Both are heartbreaking. Some friendships just die off…one or both have just changed and moved on. This is a full impact monoku. Well done, Lin! One book was great: “Girlfriends: Invisible Bonds, Enduring Ties.” Explores different kinds of friendships. Hugs ~ Kim
