What Courage Is To Me:
Courage Is:
Finding strength to overcome your own in-
securities
Finding your voice after it was lost for a long
time
Believing in something when the crowd has
left you
Telling your abuser to never lay a hand on
you again
Raising your two kids by yourself when the
odds are not in your favor
Going back to school when the bills and rent
is due
Saying no to peer pressure when you long to
fit in
But most of all courage is looking fear square
in the eye and say take your best shot
