Visions Creeping - Sos
In the ocean of my sleep stars glow like fragile seeds
and I sail across the celestial tranquil black sky
where silence is hanging sublime
and I fall through this dark warm dream
my hair a flowing river
and I drift to beautiful places and green lush temples
but my tranquility is soon hanging from branches
dripping in the grey woods of my mind
lost in a crowd of nameless faces
thick like trees in the woods at night
with eyes blank as statues
and a hundred whispers silent to my hearing
just shadows swaying in the silence- swaying in rhythm
O, it is a restless dream, endless
I want to shout- stop, stop worshiping golden Gods
you are empty, alone and cold bone
but I am lost in the sounds of silence, a dream prisoner
lost in the whirling silence that surrounds me
and the stars are flashing, exploding, bursting, blazing
and my dream is falling to ashes
I wake to a dawn distant and dark
with echoes of silent thoughts
in my heart . . .
