True Love Can Prevail

For it was soaring in the stars, our tender hearts both aligned- A soft mystery from afar, passion and beauty combined. God had our love designed, intentionally and precisely planned- Our tender souls are intertwined, only true lovers can understand. For it was written in the sand, grains and pebbles embracing life- Being surfaced by a tide so grand, like the beauty of being your wife. No other boat can take me afloat; make my soul sail- For we are both evidence that true love can prevail. Rhyme Scheme: ABAB-BCBC-CDCD-EE May 25, 2017

Hello Laura. As a believer in love for all everything is right and well within your words and entry. The rhyming was never forced and was gentle. I enjoyed how you incorporated the essence of the sea with love. That is always a winning combination. In short, this entry is poetic and very much poetry. Well done entirely and completely. Enjoy the night. It was a pleasure turning to your page this day.
