Trevor's Embarrassment

Trevor's buddies goaded him for a bet
To venture on the scary 'ride of death'
But there was laughter and jeer
When a brown patch did appear 
Wearing white pants was his biggest regret.

This can truly happen . I remember my school days..... When I was in Standard IX, a boy who was very timid did it in his trousers. He didn't have the guts to ask the teacher to seek permission to go to the toilet. How embarrassing! For a few days he skulked classes. Quite hilarious is your limerick, dear Tom.

HA. Truly embarrassing!! Congrats. I had a boyfriend when 14. At top of ferris wheel he vomited off the side of our ride. I sure hope nobody got hit below by it. I couldn't believe someone getting sick on a ride as mild as a ferris wheel. Haha !

I'm coping Tom. I'm regularly at theme parks though - one got stuck upside down for 20 minutes and we'd used the single rider queue to cut down waiting time so were sat separately and my daughter had the bad luck to sit next to a boy who brownpanted the situation. My row was lovely though and I just pretended it was some fancy inversion therapy with health benefits 😅 my daughter was not happy as they'd been narrating their misfortune and there were odours...

HelloTom, We'll you’ve delivered a classic, laugh-out-loud limerick! I think the comedic timing is absolute perfection. White pants on a terrifying carnival ride is a setup that guarantees disaster, and wait .... sudden, visual punchline in line four lands with brilliant, cringe-worthy hilarity. I used to love the rides when we've been to Florida, sadly since I had an operation on my spine I was the one left holding the bags ☹️. Hope your week is going well. Tom
