Treasured Memories
floating paper boats in running rain water,
early morning school walks with my mates,
gran’s story times under bright full moon,
family eating meals from same steel plate,
proudly wearing new clothes during festival days,
chatting with mum near our garden gate,
are memories treasured from my younger days!!!!
