Transcendence
Caged in space, bound by time,
grounded by gravity,
encased in feeble form,
as a plaything of fate,
soul succumbs to life’s storm.
Caged in space, bound by time,
spirit within yet soars,
so pausing in the void,
on befriending silence,
we’re not by fears decoyed.
Caged in space, bound by time,
a shift from head to heart,
sets free our soul within,
viewing life as a dream,
as God’s child, free from sin.
Caged in space, bound by time,
our consciousness expands,
in but not of the world,
light of Self pulsating
and flag of love unfurled.
