Tonight, My Love

Your beauty washes over me
like an alluring quiet dream
in an evening sun of red skies
to lift my soul in solemn ease
on fragrant breaths of misty realms
when lovers enter sacred ground
to kiss the face that overwhelms
when heartfelt eyes welcome the soul
from this desire, we won't depart
with its warmth of wanton wishes
we'll share the gems from hearts we own
our lips tremble from deep kisses
we'll tether our hearts to this night
to love, our souls we'll sacrifice
as we bathe in soft splayed moonlight
find we're lovers in paradise
