I listen to the news each day hoping,
but each day the infected just increase;
and every country is then left groping,
oh, how I wish this pandemic would cease.
But, a Covid vaccine will soon be found,
vaccines are almost ready for world use;
the inventors are surely to be crowned,
then, the worldwide infected will reduce.
All have been taught to wash hands and wear masks,
if each do- everyone is protected;
and all can go outside to do their tasks,
a better tomorrow is expected.
So, if each do their part to make it through;
each sweet dawn will be all true blue and new.
