This Hour
When you feel lost
Hold onto the moment
- Just this hour -
Get through the hour
Slowly, you will move forward
As things tumble around
In this life around you,
- Let them tumble -
Not everything can be in place
- Count on yourself -
Reflect on everything you survived
Change continues to evolve
As things come and go,
Know that you are not alone
You are no less of a person
Than anyone else out there
Find your comfort place
Wherever that may be
Let go of negative thoughts
Know that positivity has more power
It will always return in time
This hour is the gift to accept
Open it - Live it - Be all you can be -
