This Happy Memory
The
Blue
Waves broke
On your legs
You leaped high in joy
Smile tinged with colors of sunset
You came toward me floating on the rolling water
Your enchanting picture I still keep happily in my memory as a treasure.
In
A
Garden
Far from town
We walked hands held
Sat hours in the shade of a tree
You curled fallen leaves, I swam in your deep marine eyes
We then together pledged to give happiness a niche in our lives to stay forever.
In
Its
Set course
Time did flow
Brought us together
At the frail edge of twilight hours
We don’t know how decades grew wings, took us on a flight
Like stars of moonlit sky, the trail in memory weaving tapestry of happiness.
