The World Needs You

The world needs you as you are right now Not a better version of you So stop putting your life on hold Waiting for the new and improved Live in this very moment No more wasting precious time Ignore others judgements, they matter not The ladder to perfection is impossible to climb We are on this earth for such a short time We need to embrace each waking day Don’t put your life on hold anymore Celebrate life and YOU as time is ticking away!

Celebrate life every minute! Life is precious, time stops for no one. Mindfulness helps. What a thoughtful and moving write this is dear poetic soul! Thank you so much for this very thoughtful, reflective poem lovely Deb. I am a great procrastinator at times so an aptly reminder for me. I love the line, ‘Live in this very moment’. I try to remind myself of that constantly and read a couple of spiritual books sometimes that I have which helps to centralise my thoughts again. So enjoyed it. Happy Halloween my lovely friend! I need to remind myself also Lasaad….l am guilty of putting life on hold at times , I think many of us do this …but life goes by so quickly so we need to live our best life and not care what others think as that is not important….live our best life! Thankyou again for such a gracious comment! Debx

A great message and much agreed wisdom in it. Thanks for the reminder. I have not enjoyed sweets for quite some time waiting until I lose the desired inches. If I think about it we may never be as thin thick or shapely as we want. So once in a while enjoy treats!

I think many of us tend to put things off “until we have” lost more weight or have got this or that… whatever it may be and are not truly living in the present “putting life on hold” l am guilty of it!
