Hi, Tom. In 2 Cor 4:4, in the NLT, the Bible calls Satan ' god of this world. In the KJV and NKJV, Satan is called the ' god of this age. ' I see the Trinity in Gen 1:26- Then God said, “ Let Us make mankind in Our image, according to Our likeness. " The words ' Us and Our ' clarify that. Just wanted to share that with you.

Hi Joe, sharing a little more to help you understand. God created mankind- ' For His Glory: to reflect God's image and to bring glory and honor to Him. For Relationship and Fellowship: God, being love, desired reciprocal love and fellowship with beings created in His image. To Know, Love, and Worship God: Humans are capable of knowing, loving, serving, and worshiping God, which is a central purpose of their existence. To Exercise Dominion: In the Genesis account, God gave humans the task of cultivating and ruling over the earth, acting as His representatives and stewards. To Fulfill His Plan: Humanity is part of God's larger plan. To defeat Satan, which He did through His death and resurrection and, to establish His kingdom.

3 divine in one. Is not one alone? Needs deeper thought and understanding. If divinity was complete, in the sense of enough...why man? And to say, He wanted to share the wealth...why? If all was complete. Needs deeper revelation. Perhaps man then in God, equals one? Are we separate or one? Maybe loneliness is part of one. Does not belittle nor take away from the whole. With man it is up, down, sideways...with God it is all directions at once. All places at once. God is magnificently difference from us...yet He is like us. If I can feel it, it is a feeling He also possesses. Nothing exists outside of God. We exist in the Body of God...know Him through the Brotherhood of Christ.
