The White Pumpkin
Ghostly images shimmering
in the fall moonlight
shudder at the sight
dry rustling leaves, eerie
in the windy, inky darkness
of the deserted field
icy shivers run down the spine
hairs standing on edge
the Sleepy Hollow Legend
fresh in over active imaginations
as the pale pumpkin seemingly levitates.
