The Time Between the Seasons

Time~seasons must go,                                                                                                  just like the wind must blow.                                                                              Life can be hard to hold on to,                                                                        many times making us blue.

 

Time sure can be funny,                                                                                          like a new bunny.                                                                                                 Pretty seasons are everywhere,                                                                                  it is in the sky and the air.

 

Seasons come four times a year,                                                                        we can all sing and cheer.                                                                                Many fun and joyous holidays,                                                                       they all set our hearts a blaze.

                       

Time sure can be funny,                                                                                  like a new bunny.                                                                                                 Pretty seasons are everywhere,                                                                     it is in the sky and the air.

I love California because where I live is green all year. No, I don’t miss the snow and ice of Chicago one bit. 35 years in that was plenty. We do have seasons here, only the changes are more subtle.
